I had a problem with Fed Ex delaying my order for a few days. When I called to ask about if the tree was still going to be ok. She pulled my order and made sure I received a replacement tree right away. The best service I could ever ask for.
The trees we received looked broken and dead, I was not very happy with the over all shape the trees came in.
First tree they sent did not thrive at all. Second one (we paid for that insurance, so it was without charge to us for exact replacement) is an improvement. Second tree went much better. It appears to be thriving now. Thank you for sending a better tree the second time.

I received my wax myrtle tree in very good condition. Beautiful pretty dark green leaves. Very healthy looking. Just had it a few weeks, to early to tell the results as of now. But they are growing new stems. Love it
No one in my area had a mamosa tree any size. It arrive on time and looked great I did not expect it to be that tall and such a great root ball.

First plant came one third dead. They sent store credit. Chose four cranberry 'bushes',,, received four plants that resembled sparse groundcover. Two of the plants were totally out of there pots, good thing they were also bagged.
Certainly didn't look like over $225 worth of plants. Never buying from them again.

I was very dubious about ordering on line but they had the hydrangea we wanted. I was extremely happy with thew way the order was handled, the speed with the delivery and the very healthy plant received.

My local nursery wasn't able to get spartan juniper for several months so I decided to give fast growing trees a go. They arrived very quickly and in great condition. All of the junipers looked healthy and I was impressed with the size. (I ordered the 2-3 ft ones). I planted them a week and a half ago and they seem to be doing well. I would definitely make another purchase!
The only down side of my experience is that I'm sad there are so many trees that I wanted that are out of stock so quickly. The trees I receive are fantastic quality. If I can find a way to expand my orchard, I hope to buy more next season

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
