The tree came packaged very well, had good growth on tree and is growing just fine for now.

The maple tree arrived with everything on the order. However, the lavender is dried up (free gift).

The tree came exactly when stated and was packaged just as they said it would be.

The hydrangeas bush arrived less than a week after I ordered it and was wonderfully packaged. The instructions for planting yet were very clear and it is in the ground and looks wonderful. I'm very excited to see it bloom.

The quality is consistently the best! We have ordered a few times an always get great trees. Well packaged and on time.

I set 2 requests for info on what is going on with my plants, sent pics too, both instances I got an auto reply that they would get back to me and I still have not gotten any response, meanwhile 3 of my trees are looking very poorly, maybe they could have been saved with a little help! Thanks for nothing!

I prefer not to receive multiple spam emails in the space of a few short weeks asking me over and over again to review my experience. If I wanted to leave a review, I would do so in good time, when I'm sure my plants are thriving. And I reserve the right NOT to give a review, and I prefer not to be badgered into doing so. And this is the type of review I leave if I feel forced into it.

The products were not of the best quality as advertised.

This is the 6Th tree we've ordered, I couldn't have asked for more. Each tree were beautiful healthy specimens. While it's still a little early, on this newest one, so far its excelling my expectations. The prices are cheaper than many I've looked at, you have a big variety, and they arrived in great condition!

So far so good - purchased an Apricot tree and was weary about getting it over the mail. FedEx at first lost my package but delivered it a day late. The tree came is pretty dry and sad but after some sun and water and getting it into the grown it took off well. I also purchase some root rocket to help the tree into transitioning to its new home.

Received my items quickly. One tree was damaged, and when I called customer service they replaced my damaged item. Received the replacement item quickly as well. Very positive experience overall. Customer service rep was very nice!

Really had a wonderful experience with customer service despite having an issue with two trees. Very thankful for a company that values communication.

I tried to contact them with questions and go no answer. No, not on this Holiday weekend, but well before I sent an email. There zoning isn't right and I wanted to point it out. I also had a question about another item I wished to purchase. That's not the way to do business.

Excellent service. Person was easy to talk to. Was knowledgeable about their products. Spent little time taking order. Very friendly.
