I set 2 requests for info on what is going on with my plants, sent pics too, both instances I got an auto reply that they would get back to me and I still have not gotten any response, meanwhile 3 of my trees are looking very poorly, maybe they could have been saved with a little help! This was a replacement tree from one purchased in the fall. The original tree had a fungus.
I prefer not to receive multiple spam emails in the space of a few short weeks asking me over and over again to review my experience. If I wanted to leave a review, I would do so in good time, when I'm sure my plants are thriving. And I reserve the right NOT to give a review, and I prefer not to be badgered into doing so. And this is the type of review I leave if I feel forced into it.

This is the 6Th tree we've ordered, I couldn't have asked for more. Each tree were beautiful healthy specimens. While it's still a little early, on this newest one, so far its excelling my expectations. The prices are cheaper than many I've looked at, you have a big variety, and they arrived in great condition!

So far so good - purchased an Apricot tree and was weary about getting it over the mail. FedEx at first lost my package but delivered it a day late. The tree came is pretty dry and sad but after some sun and water and getting it into the grown it took off well. I also purchase some root rocket to help the tree into transitioning to its new home.
Received my items quickly. One tree was damaged, and when I called customer service they replaced my damaged item. Received the replacement item quickly as well. Very positive experience overall. Customer service rep was very nice!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
