I ordered two blueberry bushes, different varieties. Ordering was easy peasy. The bushes showed up in just a few days later in excellent condition.

I ordered 6 cherry trees. They arrived in three long boxes. Each plant was packed with the root-ball at each end of the box. This resulted in the boxes folding in the middle and snapping many of the fragile trees. I contacted customer support, and replacements were sent immediately. The replacement trees had the same problem, but I was able to get 6 total surviving trees to match what I ordered. I'm happy with my order, but I just want to suggest you consider changing how to box multiple trees. You might want to give each tree its own box, or if you're trying to reduce shipping cost, put the root balls at the same end of the box. The heavy weight at two end of the box folds the box during shipping 100% of the time in my experience.

Tree arrived packaged beautifully with easy instructions on planting

I ordered 4 trees... 2 banana, an orange and a fig. They arrived quicker than I expected which was good. They were packed well. The orange tree and the Fig tree have started well and quickly shown signs of being healthy as they grew leaves quickly. The Banana trees seem to be doing okay, some dead leaves but that is to be expected when being sent in a box. They will need time to see how they progress as it's only been 3 weeks.

My lavender plants when they came were very very very dry but I planted them anyway, well they didn't survive and I contacted them and sent pictures and they replaced them immediately free of charge!

Customer service did not respond after two forms filled out - they do not provide an email address nor send a confirmation email.

To be clear, I got three cherry trees, all planted in my front yard, in the same way, same soil amendments and morning evening watering and checks on soil dryness. One is dead, one is near dead and the Northstar cherry is just fine.

50% of my purchases die within 2 weeks and the condition of some upon arrival is appalling.

Ordered two cherry trees that I couldn't find locally, was super excited for them to arrive. They arrived and we opened the box immediately. Even with the box opened immediately every leaf on the trees was brown and crinkled up. We immediately planted them and got them in the ground. It has been a couple weeks later and they do not look any better. The handout included with the trees said that you can expect some wilty / brown leaves when trees are shipped in the summer, but we do not have a single speck of green on these trees. I did not buy the year guarantee with the trees, because we have planted trees for years and have never had this issue (and I really didn't expect to have issues when spending $275 on two small trees, I expected therm to be fine). Usually even if they look a little wilty for a moment, they pick up once planted and watered. These two do not look any different and it's probably been about two weeks now since they've been planted. I'm afraid that they've died.

Got redwood and redbud small trees from you recently. Both are looking great. My only concern is that the redbud was a "sucker" growth coming out at an angle as the main trunk had been cut off. If it develops into a healthy tree with no weakness at that joint then I will be completely satisfied. Time will tell.

The three trees were packed together and mashed. Please do not use miracle grow. It will kill them within a week. I learned this the hard way. I used it on a previous purchase and the lemon tree died within a week.

Items arrived packaged very well. I ordered 1 gallon size Nellie Steven's and was a little worried that they would be weak little trees/bush. I am pleased to say they are very sturdy, well established and so far are doing well after planting.

The Tree is very slow to respond to Watering Routine; filling and applying Alligator Bag every other day.
This takes between 30-45 minutes to drain into soil. Apex of tree is drooping slightly and not yet turgid.
