Replacement sent on time with no damages and the right size

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of the palm trees. The ordering was simple and the shipping was fast.

This was a really great and easy shopping experience. I had some questions and made a call to Fast Growing Trees. Taylor answered all of the questions in a way that was easy for me to understand and instructions that were easy to follow. The plants arrived in fantastic condition and I could tell they were very hardy. I got them over a month ago and they are all growing very well. I've been very impressed and will be buying more in the near future!

We purchased 22 of the Thuja Green Giant trees recently and are rather dissatisfied with the outcome of my call to your customer service area. The second shipment of eight remaining trees was not even shipped yet and I called to see if I could get the newly discounted rate for all of the trees we recently purchased (not even 30 days prior) because they had gone on a sale price, and the representative said that she was able to do nothing for us.

We always wanted to try planting grape vines. Fast growing trees gave up both the information we needed and an amazing product. So far they are looking good

I ordered my tree and have been charged for it in April. It's June now and still have not received my wisteria, no update either except when I had inquired about it in early May after several attempts.

I had an issue with my entire order (trees died over winter) and the service rep made me whole on the entire order.

All but 1 tree that I've ordered has died after the first year of growth. Trees are in good shape when they arrive but no matter how I feed and water them they die quickly.

We got exactly what we were expecting in good condition and it has been growing well since we planted it.

I have ordered a number of things over the last year or so from here. Everything came in good shape and did well. However, I ordered the leading lady razzberry bee balm at the beginning of June. It arrived almost dead with broken stems and dead flowers. I have tried to revive it, but they are not going to make it. I bought two of them

Bought a tree to replace a tree that also died. I will not buy another tree to replace this one each time I'm spending more money. No thanks.

Ordered 2 fishtail palms but unfortunately one is almost half the size of the other one. They did arrive quickly and in good shape.

I had purchased several large trees. The order arrived quickly, and everything looked great except the mango tree (it didn't have much of a root system attached). I called the company and explained the arrival status of the mango tree. I was asked if we could upload a picture of the tree my husband had taken, so I said we could. Before uploading the photo, I received an e-mail from Fast Growing Trees that my order had been shipped. The only thing that I can say is that customer service is impressive, and the statement that customers matter is very apparent in this company.

Good phone service, the projected delivery date has passed by 10 business days.

The shrubs that I ordered arrived mostly brown. Not sure if they are going to make it.

I bought fast growing evergreens and I have watered them regularly and over half are turning brown.
