Taylor answered all of the questions in a way that was easy for me to understand and instructions that were easy to follow. The plants arrived in fantastic condition and I could tell they were very hardy. I got them over a month ago and they are all growing very well. We purchased 22 of the Thuja Green Giant trees recently and are rather dissatisfied with the outcome of my call to your customer service area. The second shipment of eight remaining trees was not even shipped yet and I called to see if I could get the newly discounted rate for all of the trees we recently purchased (not even 30 days prior) because they had gone on a sale price, and the representative said that she was able to do nothing for us.

It arrived almost dead with broken stems and dead flowers. I have tried to revive it, but they are not going to make it. I bought two of them

Ordered 2 fishtail palms but unfortunately one is almost half the size of the other one. They did arrive quickly and in good shape.
I had purchased several large trees. The order arrived quickly, and everything looked great except the mango tree (it didn't have much of a root system attached). I called the company and explained the arrival status of the mango tree. I was asked if we could upload a picture of the tree my husband had taken, so I said we could. Before uploading the photo, I received an e-mail from Fast Growing Trees that my order had been shipped. The only thing that I can say is that customer service is impressive, and the statement that customers matter is very apparent in this company.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
