I got in touch with customer service. Send pictures so they can see it. All I got was. Just give it some time... not even a discount for the poor condition from both of the trees... and no I will not order from them again

The tree is still in shock but I have faith it will look better soon. I had to battle Japanese Beetles but it's OK now.

Creating a blind to block noise and view from a busy highway. Found everything I need to work on that problem at FGT! Looking forward to less noise and light when these fast growing trees have a couple of years of full sun and plenty of water!

My wife asked why there was a tree in a box in the driveway. I told her I really didn't know and maybe the neighbor was doing some landscaping and just set it there for a minute. Then I REMEMBERED that I had drunk ordered trees the other night. Three weeks later and not only are they still alive, but we are enjoying the new additions to the family.

They shipped at a decent time, and the tree came just how they said it would!

I've ordered many trees and perennials from Fast Growing Trees over the years, and they have never disappointed.

Plants arrive on time but extremely small for a 3 gal planter.

Delivery service had length of box b ent in 1/2. Also they disregarded keep this side up.

It took more than 45 days and 3 separate deliveries to finally receive most of the trees I originally ordered. While customer service staff were always very professional and understanding, after each of the more than 12 phone calls related to my order, the operational staff usually did not follow through and do what they said they would do. Trees were not shipped when they were supposed to ship, often were shipped and/ or arrived in poor condition and some died shortly after planting despite following planting instructions. While they did willingly refund or reship most of the trees which was really appreciated, the entire experience was very time consuming, frustrating, and overall disappointing. On a positive note, the customer support staff were refreshingly helpful and each time I called and the company did try to address the issues I raised.

I have never been disappointed. Their trees/plants are always beautiful and beautifully shipped with instructions on how to plant.

The tips were bent over on the 2 poplar trees. I think the mail people prob didn't handle the best. But I taped them so hoping they pull thru.

I sent a Crape Myrtle tree to Vermont as a gift I looked up the zone for Vermont and decided on the Crape Myrtle. She was very happy. L sent soil and fertilizer with the tree and there was great planting directions.

I ordered a total of 5 Green Giant Arbovitae in 3 different sizes. My takeaways;
1. The pricing was attractive.
2. Proposed delivery was timely.
3. The admin process was smooth.
4. The trees arrived in good condition and met the sizes specified.

Smooth transaction. Fast shipping/delivery. Packaging was amazing. Tree was tallest of price range. Instructions were easy to follow.
The tree is flourishing.
