Arrived very healthy looking, I was so pleased, that I ordered 10 more. They all are looking good.
No less than 3 times did I contact customer service about my missing package. All of their answers were that the carrier LOST the package. 3 times. All lost. I never received any tree, and now I'm stuck with a plant I didn't really want (in order to get free shipping, Because why pay shipping for a $90 tree…) over-priced, underwhelmed, and disappointed. This repeat customer will shop elsewhere, as I recommend for everyone else.
I was very disappointed when my tree arrived in sad shape. Ive been trying to bring it back but I dont think it is gping to survive. The tree in itself looked like it had so much potential. I think this happened during shipping but can be sure.

I've ordered 2 Contender Peach trees (4-5 ft) and although Fast-Growing shipped them within a few days, FedEx delivered the plants 4 days later. The plants were bad. Then the 4-5 f peach trees became out of stock. I've asked for a refund and looked elsewhere for a Contender Peach Tree. Fast-growing sent me 2 free replacement trees (3-4 ft) which they said I can keep or give away. I have a friend standing by for her free tree. Although Fast-growing did managed to handle the problem, it's choice of shipping/carrier is a problem. Because FedEx delivered the 2 replacement trees that were badly broken. The driver witnessed it himself, and instead of taking responsibility for what had happened, he said Fast-growing should have made the packaging well enough to sustain such possible damage.

Bought a Gala apple and Stella cherry. Price and delivery were good. Apple showed up in good condition with many branches/leaves however the cherry was mostly the trunk with few leaves/branches despite buying the largest available that said fruiting would happen this year on the website.
I ordered a small, multi trimmed River birch tree. What arrived was a beautiful single trunk birch of another variety. I called and spoke to someone at FGT and they immediately shipped another tree and told me to keep the other one. Sadly, the other doesn't thrive where I live, but I gave it to my parents to enjoy. The correct tree arrived a few days later and was equally beautiful.
I bought Purple Wisteria Vine × 2 on my first order with shipping fee and found one plant dry later it was dead. I tried to get refund or minimum next plant with free shipping but I was told that I can only get gift card to purchase another plant. So I ordered a Wonderful Pomegranate Tree × 1 with shipping fee again since it cannot be waived. This time also I got a dead plant. I am really sorry to have attempted a second time. I will never recommend or buy from the FastGrowing Trees.com

The plants arrived well packed and trimmed up for new growth. Within a few weeks new growth developed and on 2 of them buds came out. We don't have fruit yet but the plants look very healthy.
We decided we wanted a more edible yard. More berry bushes, to have a garden, and to start an orchard. We found this site and have now planted 19 items from here. All have arrived healthy and well packaged. They have all arrived on time. We are hoping to get some great fruit from the plants but we have only had them for a month so too soon to say yet.
One of the 3 plants I ordered was badly broken. They were not packaged well and were rolling around in the box. I received a replacement but that also arrived broken.

I ordered two trees. They arrive with no branches and the tree has been top times which is not healthy for the tree. I was offered a 25% refund. In my option these trees are not worthy of planting in my yard.

They should pack strawberry bushes the evergreen. Package says this side up that gets little to no attention from shippers.
Wilted and dying orange marmalades. I'm very unhappy and feel like i was ripped off. I tried to call and they told me to wait longer, well it's been about 2 weeks and the plants are worse, almost dead.

I have decided to try my hand at growing fruit. So I bought a lemon tree and thornless blackberry bush and they are growing like crazy. I can't wait to actually get a lemon off my own tree. It is so fun watching them grow.
I had to use my warranty since my tree didn't make it, but the company was easy to deal with. They gave us credit so we purchased the same same type of tree again. So far it's really doing well.
My tree came 2 weeks early which made me worry because I live in Chicago and it came in the cold. My tree still hasn't awaken from the cold yet but I called, and informed the service department that my tree hasn't awaken it doesn't even have leaves! They sent me a second tree which has a big full head of leaves hoping to get peaches this summer don't know yet but I really like that staff is very knowledgeable and kind and I plan on asking and introducing new fruit trees and plants to my garden with their help.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
