I was hesitant to spend the amount of money for a mail ordered tree, but I have to say I was very pleased with my purchase. The tree was packed very well and a good size. The instructions for planting was easy to understand.

It took so long for my tree to delivery and when I received it… the tree is 1/2 dead… most of the leaves fell off, soil is super dry… very disappointed and unhappy.

I had gotten lemon and olive trees from you before, and they were great. This time, everything I received was way below par. The lavender is half dead, the citronella had to be replaced twice and even the replacement looks like crap. Not sure what happened to your company but I will not be ordering again.

Ordered a Celebration Maple on a Saturday evening and received before noon on Thursday. Package intact and when opened the foliage was green and healthy including the root ball still being moist. In the ground for 3 weeks now and doing great..
My neighbor got my box and opened it for me since I've been ill. I was going to put it in water but she and her husband came over to plant it for me. They wanted to know what the "bush" was. I told them. They're still talking about how pretty it is

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
