This is the second time I've ordered. My first 2 trees came packaged great, healthy, and are thriving a year later. Ordered a second time this year and highly recommend this company.

I have ordered two tree, and received one tree that I did not order. I call the FastGrowing Trees, the customer service lady is very friendly and courteous. She told me that they will correct that and send my original order out, and allow me to keep the tree for free( the one that I did not order). I love their services, and of course they have wonderful products.

I ordered two Magnolia trees and some lavender. All items arrived promptly, were well labeled and packaged. So far, all of the plants are thriving. Even my mother in law, for whom one of the tree was purchased, is pleased. She has some gardening expertise and can be a bit of a tough customer.

Easy but wish I could've sent a note with this gift

I bought two pink dogwood trees of the midsize which arrived healthy and were planted within 48 hours of delivery. Those two trees have adjusted nicely and I'm very pleased with them. The other three white dogwood trees I bought in the same order however are struggling at best. They were the smallest size available (due primarily to the cost savings that day). I did not purchase the extended warranty on any of the five items which in hindsight was my mistake. I quickly transplanted the white dogwoods to pots with fresh potting soil, watering every other day and stakes to keep them upright, but they have not flourished as expected. I've already lost one and the other two are nearly gone. It was my hope I could nurture the smaller trees until they matured a bit and then plant them, but I'll probably need to find replacements.

Got the plants in great shape and good size. Now if only I can get the deer to stop eating them.

Shipping took more than a week, with FedEx showing multiple delays

They all died. I will not purchase trees o line again

I am very conscious of the depth the trees should be planted, Might be overly concerned, that said I would like clear concise information for the planting depth.

Found the trees I was looking for! Showed up quickly. One was great, one lost all its leaves :( We planted both on a hot day, had lots of wind of course! About two weeks later they are both growing lots of new leaves! I think they will be wonderful!

So far so good! We planted our tree the following day we received it, about 2-1/2 weeks ago and it it is doing beautifully. Looks very healthy and fine.

Tree was broken in half when box was open. Tree was in poor condition.

Sent pictures upon delivery. Broken stems and dead leaves in delivery box.

First time I purchased the plants were in five shape but they didn't make it for a second season. This time, two of the three ordered don't look like they'll make it at all. Disappointed in the condition the trees arrived in.
