I have ordered two tree, and received one tree that I did not order. I call the FastGrowing Trees, the customer service lady is very friendly and courteous. She told me that they will correct that and send my original order out, and allow me to keep the tree for free( the one that I did not order). I love their services, and of course they have wonderful products.
I ordered two Magnolia trees and some lavender. All items arrived promptly, were well labeled and packaged. So far, all of the plants are thriving. Even my mother in law, for whom one of the tree was purchased, is pleased. She has some gardening expertise and can be a bit of a tough customer.

We're so sorry that your plants weren't as large as expected! Keep in mind that we are a nursery and are selling young plants. We have pruned and cared for them so that they are ready to be nurtured by you and grow! We're glad we could discount the order to help put them more in line with what you expected
Ordered my tree, it came in timely and healthy. Planted it, watered it and it looks amazing already. Has buds on it and looks like it's going to thrive.

I bought two pink dogwood trees of the midsize which arrived healthy and were planted within 48 hours of delivery. Those two trees have adjusted nicely and I'm very pleased with them. The other three white dogwood trees I bought in the same order however are struggling at best. They were the smallest size available (due primarily to the cost savings that day). I did not purchase the extended warranty on any of the five items which in hindsight was my mistake. I quickly transplanted the white dogwoods to pots with fresh potting soil, watering every other day and stakes to keep them upright, but they have not flourished as expected. I've already lost one and the other two are nearly gone. It was my hope I could nurture the smaller trees until they matured a bit and then plant them, but I'll probably need to find replacements.

Found the trees I was looking for! Showed up quickly. One was great, one lost all its leaves :( We planted both on a hot day, had lots of wind of course! About two weeks later they are both growing lots of new leaves! I think they will be wonderful!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
