I have ordered a few times from Fast-GrowingTrees and most of the time I felt I received good value for what I paid. However, several weeks back I ordered 9,1 to 2 foot American Pillar Arborvitaes at $59.95 apiece. I was surprised to find that not one of them was 1 foot (much less 1 to 2 ft.), in fact after several weeks in the ground only 3 of them touch the one foot mark; and as you can see from the first four photos, 4 of them are still well below a foot and looking somewhat sickly looking. A fifth one died and had to be replaced; which leads to the fifth photo. As you can see in the fifth photo, the replacement American Pillar Arborvitae I bought from "Gardens Goods Direct (https://gardengoodsdirect.com/collections/arborvitae/products/american-pillar-arborvitae-trees)" is almost 22 inches, very healthy, and only cost me $17.95 ( about ¼ what Fast-GrowingTrees charged for a product that didn't come close to meeting it's description). I can't help to feel I was cheated.

A few products have been rough, but by and large I have been exceptionally pleased.

Roses arrived damaged in box. Planted them anyway but dont know if they will make it.

Arrived carefully packaged. Planted immediately and it's thriving with gorgeous pink blooms. Would definitely buy again!

Use fast growing trees if you want low quality berry bushes, shipped haphazardly, and if you like being absolutely blown off by customer service. Great choice. Gave it a chance and I do regret it.

We had a delivery problem not the fault of Fast Growing Trees and they were fantastic and generous to us to resolve the issue. Not only were they great to deal with but the trees arrived healthy and look great. We will definitely use them again.

I have ordered 3 trees now, one of them struggled and they did not hesitate to send a replacement. That was very much appreciated!

I was led to believe they would be more "filled out" than what I got. The pictures were much more full than the plants I received.

Fast Growing Trees provided me with a hard to find shrub, that was beautiful when arrived. It was 100% in fantastic health, and very green. I'll definitely order from you again.

We ordered a honey crisp apple tree that looked great right out of the box. Very full and healthy. The Granny Smith looks like a six foot tall skinny pole with one branch and a tuft of wrinkled leaves at the top. The second tree was purchased for pollination purposes of the first, so we hope it lives.

I was nervous about high temps during shipping. The tree arrived with minimal damage to some leaves Very well packed. I had the site ready with a large area dug up. Tucked my little guy in with a generous serving of leaf compost on top. Now to intensive care watering my baby, all season.

Tree arrived in excellent condition. Slight tearing of bark at the graft, but I suspect that will grow over. Too earlier to tell how it will fare over time, but I'm very pleased so far.

I had a problem with one of my orders, but the customer service representative took care of it. They were very helpful and courteous.

I've purchased all my palms, scrubs, fruit plants from this site and they all are thriving. The best part is having them delivered right to my door.

We bought two cherry trees at a cost of over $200.00. FastGrowingTrees ships by the slowest shipping imaginable: FedEx Ground. Carrier pigeon would have been quicker. It took10 days for them to get here. The trees arrived and they were literally cooked. Leaves black, brown and crispy. The leaves literally crumbled in your hand. Okay. Fine. We'll try again. They shipped two new trees. I expressed concern that IMHO shipping by FedEX Ground is THE WORST method of shipping in my experience, especially for something that is supposed to arrive ALIVE. FastGrowingTrees went ahead and used FedEX anyway, and guess what? 8 days later we received a similar issue. Albeit not as bad, but still bad. Once again the trees were cooked. They look really bad. We had hoped to get the trees in the ground while our landscaper is here finishing a project. Obviously that didn't happen. We did look around locally for Cherry trees and came up empty handed. I am going to do a wider search. I bought on-line because we simply do not have any extra time. I thought this would be convient. I am just unhappy that FastGrowingTrees could not or would not use a different shipping company. Finally, I learned a lession: NEVER, EVER buy live trees on-line. It's a waste of time and a cause of frustration. BTW, we did get a full refund, but this was a huge disappointment.

We have purchased several trees for this area we planted the trees and they have always died. The trees were purchased are doing very well. The arrived looking very healthy.

The tree was healthy and is happy in its new home. If FedEx had delivered where it was supposed to, the experience would have been perfect.
