I have bought 2 goji, 2 mulberry, 2 rose of sharon, 2 cherry, and 1 carolina jasmine so far, and i can't wait to buy more. One cherry tree died within 30 days of receiving, and the process to replace it it for free was the fastest and easiest thing in the world. I spoke to Angie and Logan on the phone for this process; perfect customer service from each of them.
I have purchased numerous fruit trees and there have been occasions where I have reached out to the customer service. Every single time I have had my queries answered satisfactorily and at times been sent a new tree as well. I have been extremely pleased with doing business with FastTrees and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation
My wife loves using limes in her cooking so I purchased her a Bears/Persian Lime tree from this place since they were nearby and had good reviews online. They only had one last 5-6 ft tree remaining for about $180 so I purchased it. I was so happy and couldn't wait to surprise my wife with it for Mother's Day! The day I received my tree on the front porch part of the 6ft box had been stepped on, staples broken off and the middle section pushed inward. The cardboard box was thin and dingy! It was nothing like their video advertisement. Luckily the tree was not broken in half. However after actually seeing my new citrus tree out of the box I was seriously disappointed and dissatisfied! I could not believe I paid almost $200 for a 5 foot piece of stick! Although my citrus tree appeared healthy, the trunk was the size of the tiny bamboo stick that was holding it up and or the size of my ring finger! Wowow! I'll never buy from this place going forward! Such a rip off! My wife and I should have just drove to Mckenzie Farms and purchased one of their citrus trees instead. We both would have been satisfied.

This company was quite efficient in their shipping and the customer service is great but I've had two trees that didn't make it. The first just never took hold after consistently watering it. The replacement came with what looked like a brown leaf disease? They are shipping a third so fingers crossed.

Purchased Mulberry tree June/July 2021 ( Trunk of tree sent aprox 1.5 inches in diameter) & Tree in spring looks dead with no new leaves after the fall & Was sent new tree to replace in 2022, Trunk of tree sent about. 5 inches in diameter & Looking good since planting but very thin replacement of original tree sent & Hope It Lives To Eat Some Mulberries befor I Die!

So we paid over $1200 for 10 trees and they were dying after a couple of days. 5 are not totally brown. I called up and explained the situation but were told that if we didn't buy the warranty (which is about 10% of the total cost when you purchase, or 25% afterwards), then we are out of luck. To purchase the warranty now would cost us an additional $500. What a crock. Do they send the healthy trees out to those that purchase a warranty, so they don't have to replace them, and send out the sickly trees to those that they have no risk or skin in the game. They also sent us a "free" strawberry plant which was dead on arrival. Totally brown and lifeless. I won't be going back, and I hope this helps someone else. Picture shows one of the 5 dead trees out of the 10 we purchased.

We have our 30 day guarantee so if your plant struggles after arrival and/or being transplanted, please let us know right away so we can make it right. I purchased 2 trees. They were packaged together. The tree on the bottom leaves all fell off. We planned it hoping it would perk up. It has been 2 weeks and it looks worse.
The shipping of the plants was delayed by about a week, not sure why. The plants arrived with the leaves very dry. I immediately removed plants from box and watered them. We planted them exactly as per instructions and watered and watched closely. At this point, one is doing well, one is struggling to survive and two are not alive. How do I get replacements?
I order a bush and paid more for the bigger, thinking that it might bloom this year. But it was really smaller then I thought. But the plant was health, easy to plant.
As long as the American Boxwoods and Giant Thujas "make it" through the summer and into next year, then this experience with FastGrowingTrees will have been a slam dunk. Their shipping has been fast and dependable, and their packaging pretty reasonable (perhaps the first order I made was better packaged than the second, the second package having a little bit of damage and the plants themselves not looking terribly healthy). The sales are worth waiting for, is what I have learned, and as long as these things live through the summer and into next year, I think I'll be ordering with FastGrowingTrees again. But, right now, one month in the ground... too soon to tell. Everything is still looking shaky, shocked, and alive, yes, but not awesome. I am willing to give them another month or two to start to thrive. We'll see.
One of my plants was delivered upside down, causing most of the blossoms to fall off immediately. I received no reply to my letter of complaint. I DID however, receive TONS of ad emails - more than once a day.

Heard the ad on the Adam Carolla Show. Supposed to get a discount but couldn't get it. Was not intuitive and simple, but I purchased anyway. Very satisfied with the plants when they arrived.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
