The website was a breeze... I ordered a large Azalia bush as a house warming for my sister who just moved to South Carolina. I live in Staten Island, New York... So the description and necessary information... such as climate, etc... was most important because of her location.
I received a plant for mother's day from FastGrowingTrees from my daughter. The plant had a problem. I was asked to send a picture of the problem plant, they analyzed and immediately gave me an answer and fixed the situation immediately. No issues for a refund. I would use FastGrowingTrees again and recommend you give them a try.
Fast-growing trees are a five-star company because of its great products and excellent services. I highly recommend buying your trees and flowers from them. I enjoy my garden with cherries and fig trees!
I ordered a $100 plant and it arrived unhealthy and very small. The size was closer to a $30 plant, health aside. I ordered a cast iron plant which are supposed to be very hardy, so it's disappointing it couldn't hold up for shipping. It's been a few weeks and none of my interventions have helped.

Order did not ship due to quality control standards. No one notified me of delay. I called after waiting for delayed shipment, snd they told me about plants not being up to their standard. I told them why was I not notified? They took full payment but no info on delivery. I was issued a refund.

I've ordered several trees/plants and have been satisfied. Then, I ordered a citronella plant that arrived dead. I tried very hard to reach a real person by phone. Your phone system would not allow it. By email, I asked for a refund and you continued telling me to scratch the DEAD plant and look for green. If I found green, the plant would recover.(Really? Who would go to a plant store and buy a dead plant… and pay for it). After SEVERAL emails, you finally credited me. Your unacceptable customer service will keep me from ordering again.

They came dead all but one. And it was not healthy. They also zip tilde them around the stem so tight it it broke them. I bought 4 at 19.99 each.

I GOT MY TREE IN 3 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT, WITHIN 3 WEEKS IT HAS ALREADY GROWN 5". LOVE IT, THANKS.
It was easy to place my order; I got my plants quickly, and couldn't be more happy with them! My trees are very healthy, and they have already started to blossom! It was very helpful to have the care-for pamphlet that came with the trees to know how to properly care for them. Fast Growing Trees company thinks of everything to ensure their customers have the greatest success with what they purchase.
The only -problem I had was 1 of the blueberry plants was tied to tight. So when some one threw it or dropped it it sliced 3/4 of the way thru. Tried to bind it that did not work, tried to graph it together that started to work until we had deluge of rain and high winds in the middle of the night. So far every thing else is okay.

The plants arrived looking excellent. It's darn hot here but they are looking great after being in the ground a couple weeks. We water them as needed and they seem to be enjoying where they are despite the heat here.
I ordered 10 shrubs. They were shipped quickly and intact. They were a little smaller than I thought, but so far, they've transitioned nicely. Still healthy and growing. One issue I did have is these shrubs are supposed to be deer resistant, however, the deer have taken a bite out of some if the leaves. I sprayed the shrubs to keep them away. So far, so good.
I received two orders. In both cases I was very impressed with the size, quality and health of the shrubs I received as well as the speed in which they where shipped.
I ordered two 4-5 foot trees. They were packed in a 7 foot box with the root balls at the end and no stiffening in the center or support rods for the trunks. The box bent during shipping and both trunks broke in the center. I paid for 4-5 foot trees and ended up with two foots trees.

Easy to order. The ordering was easy and the price was great. Unfortunately, the tree was damaged at the top and was not able to recover from the stress.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
