Received two Crape Myrtles. One was dead on arrival, but I received another one right away. Both are doing very well and I can't wait for them to start blooming.

First tree did not grow. I was advised to wate several weeks, and nothing happened. I called and was told that I, following instructions, had wated too long to obtain a replacement. I could only pay an extra fee in order to get a tree. I did and the replacement is doing very well.

I purchased an asian pear tree that was categorized for my growth zone. The first tree died so I contacted the company and received a replacement because of the 1yr guarantee I purchased. They sent me a new tree which subsequently died. I don't think this type of tree can tolerant my zone. So now I have no tree and don't want another to just die again.

FastGrowingTrees sent a replacement tree after I called them to let them know that the tree I originally purchased died after about tree weeks of being planted on the ground. The replacement tree is doing great so far.

Contacted customer service about a tree that failed. A replacement tree was sent to replace the one that failed. This problem was resolved in a timely and professional manner with regard to product warranty.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
