Received two Crape Myrtles. One was dead on arrival, but I received another one right away. Both are doing very well and I can't wait for them to start blooming.
Great delivery of 10 grasses. All arrived in good condition.
First tree did not grow. I was advised to wate several weeks, and nothing happened. I called and was told that I, following instructions, had wated too long to obtain a replacement. I could only pay an extra fee in order to get a tree. I did and the replacement is doing very well.
The trees looked larger in the images when I ordered. One tree came with a major limb broken off.

I purchased an asian pear tree that was categorized for my growth zone. The first tree died so I contacted the company and received a replacement because of the 1yr guarantee I purchased. They sent me a new tree which subsequently died. I don't think this type of tree can tolerant my zone. So now I have no tree and don't want another to just die again.

FastGrowingTrees sent a replacement tree after I called them to let them know that the tree I originally purchased died after about tree weeks of being planted on the ground. The replacement tree is doing great so far.

Ordered the trees on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday morning. They were well packed and looked great.

I ordered two hydrangea plants for my 95 year old mother and my niece as a gift. One plant was completely dead and the other was barely holding on. Two plants were just thrown in a tiny box. Customer service gave me nothing but a big hassle when I called.

Contacted customer service about a tree that failed. A replacement tree was sent to replace the one that failed. This problem was resolved in a timely and professional manner with regard to product warranty.
Two out of six trees in bad shape, one struggling to survived and the other dies within 10 days. I have send email request for replacement, but no response, i check my Junk box and Spam found no emails there...
