The rose trees were all broken on arrival. In my opinion, this is because the add on small plants were packed on top of the branches of the rose trees. I never would have added them on if i knew they would be packed on top of the rose branches. They look horrible and lopsided now. Terrible waste, because I think they would look great if packed properly. I do not believe this was the fault of fed ex, the box was fairly intact. I received a minimal refund, but still paid a lot of money for what looks terrible. Would never order from again and will not recommend.

For the price I paid, I expected better quality trees. Hindsight, I could have gotten better trees ( taller, more developed) at the local big box store for a fraction of the price if I had just waited a few weeks. One of my trees was literally a stick---no branches, no leaves, nothing. We gave it some time and no new growth. Called and was told to try some root booster. Did that, nothing still after several weeks. Called again and the tree was replaced. Very good customer service both times I called. The other trees are doing "ok" with some TLC. Lesson learned, just stay local and buy in the store.

Received the tree on 12th days after ordered, it is dying, also paid more money, they said they can't do price match because it just over a week when I received it, will not come back again

They had particular plants that I couldn't find elsewhere. Also, a lot of unusual plants and trees. My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. The plants were much larger than I expected. All have been planted and are doing well.
The ordering process was pretty straight forward. I ordered the more mature plant to help ensure success and I received a potted plant chopped in random places. It seems more like the portion of the plant that you throw away after pruning. I did attempt to salvage what I could since I spent so much money on it.

I spent $100 on an avocado tree that arrived damaged and with a crown that has been obviously dead for a while. I might be able to revive it, but with a dead crown, it will never have a beautiful shape. I sent in photos right away, but never got a response. Instead, I'm getting these emails asking me to review the product.

The peach tree I order was in good condition when it arrived, and is thriving. On the other side the dog wood tree were already on there way out and have not recovered. I have not called customer support yet but have though about sending in the pictures.

The berry bushes I ordered were dead/moldy when they arrived. I emailed customer service & received a prompt response that they'd send replacements (no complaint regarding the customer service, they were great). The replacements were alive but not great. Some might not make it. Pretty disappointing considering my order was over $200 for 4 bushes. I expected way better for that price.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
