Ordered plants and never was notified that I was not going to receive them.
Placed an order on a sale they had buy two get two free so I ordered four plants and expected eight plants. My order only showed four plants so when I called up when I did not receive the plans at all they told me they were on back order until August. Do you think communication would be the best form of service. I'm really not going to wait till August to receive plants so I canceled the order and I will not order from them again. If we cannot communicate then we cannot show our appreciation.
We were so impressed with the two trees our son and daughter-in-law sent us for Mother's Day and Father's Day! We ordered 4 blueberry bushes and they came in great condition!
Half of my plants arrived dry. I suppose they are in show right now. I called customer service and they told me to water everyday until the plants come back to life. We'll the leaves are still dry and some of the ones that weren't dry are turning yellow. To me that means overwatering. Thankful I purchased the guarantee for a year plan. Hopefully my tre and plants will be ok.

The star cherry is healthy but EXTREMELY small, only about 5 to 6 inches tall. I expected something at least a foot or more tall after reading the reviews. I wouldn't exactly say it was worth the price I paid plush shipping.

Basically received sprigs, dried sprigs at that, for way too much money. Called and complained at the near death, and they sent replacements but they weren't much better. Will be going to big box/local nurseries in the future.

First tree arrived did not come out of dormant as expected, patiently waited until end of May to call. Customer service contacted manager to grant a replacement. This is my first experience ordering from online for a tree, very glad I gave it a try. I have read reviews stating trees arrived are younger or shorter or smaller than expected, which I agree, when compare to what we usually buy from local nurseries. But the above and beyond customer service they provided is definitely worth a try!
The buying experience was fine but the boxes the trees were packed in were damaged. I think two of the trees may not survive.

Fast shipping, package well, arrived in excellent shape. Small tree but seeing growth after 2 weeks in ground. Looking forward to next year after it is established and acclimated to growing location.
Ordered a Royal Empress Tree. It came in a timely manner. However when we unpacked the package all the leaves were very wilted. All but 2 of the leaves fell off immediately. The plant was very dry. We gave it a good soaking & hoped for the best. To our surprise & delight, the plant perked up & is now growing rapidly. Started with the original 2 leaves, then 2 more grew up, now 2 more. We feel safe to plant it in the ground now. We are so happy, we plan to order some fruit trees soon.

We ordered fruit 4 trees. We saw as we unpacked them that 2 of them were pretty in pretty bad shape. One had a lot of broken branches and the root ball had come unpacked in the burlap (it was floppy), the other one had a lot of dead branch tips and dead leaves near the ends of the branches. We planted them all. One of the trees seems to have since died (leaves are all dead, but we will wait a few weeks to see if it was extreme stress and new growth appears before asking for a replacement).

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.


We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We were working to let all of our customers know as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
