I enjoyed all flower trees purchased from FGT with very good customer service which offered for tree replacement due to some trees are not growing well after planted on the ground. I would buy more trees from FGT if I can find more space to plant in my yard.

The trees I bought were well packaged, but they didn't seem healthy. In particular, my miss figgy tree came with several brown leaves. Two days later about 1/2 of the leave were yellow. One week later there were visible signs of fungus. I'm trying to nurse it back to health, but I didn't buy a tree from you to have a caretaking project. I bought this as a gift for a friend who is going through medical challenges, but it was such poor shape that I thought it would be insulting to give it to him.

Got my tree in great condition. Packaging was good but could be better. Because of shipping there was loose dirt. Suggestion I have where I got from getting another tree delivered is put a paper towel over the dirt and tape it down

The first tree would have beefeater if it had of been packed so all of the top wasn't broke. I considered it was poor packing. The second tree had all of the top cut off so I didn't consider it great. I am working hard to keep it alive and growing
My experience was both good and bad... I have ordered 3 times same tress... 1st time I got my trees they' where just ok was a 10plant deal... pots a little too small for trees 3 did not survive... 2nd time bought 7. Great beautiful 1to2 foot 1gallon pots great condition shipping was done with good care... so I decided 7 more would be great for my landscape idea... 3rd time another not so good experience as the shipper did not care for Product... box was crushed/smashed they obviously put objects on it that should have never been on top... so took some time and extra care to bring those trees back around... otherwise they probably would have been in the same great condition as my second order

Everything I've ordered so far has come in great shape and on time! I've ordered two apple trees and 4 blueberry plants. All are planted a growing great. Also ordered 2 maple trees and one oak and they're doing great
Tree was better than expected and delivery was incredibly fast. Packaged well and very impressed!
My trees arrived well packaged and ready to grow. Now all but one (out off 6) has new growth and branches. One had to have a couple of branches taken off that were growing from below the graft site and that tree is healing. Overall very happy with my "baby" trees!
Worst purchase. Ever. I don't even want to deal with returning this. 05 inch thick branch. That came dry and dead.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
