My tree arrived almost three weeks after it was shipped. It sat in Hutchins Tx lost for days. After not receiving it, I called you to tell you I hadn't received it. You quickly shipped me another free of charge. Well they finally arrived both at the same time. Needless to say both dead as a door nail. I planted the second one in the hopes it would revive. It still shows no sign of life.

I ordered two trees and one was delivered damaged. I contacted customer service and the rep was polite, and more importantly knowledgeable. They quickly replaced the tree with one that was perfect! It was easy to plant and is already growing well. I will be buying more from FastGrowingTrees.com.

Ordered on 6/21 rec'd on 6/26. Planted that afternoon. Within a week or so leaves fell off. Never saw new growth. Watered per online instructions

1 out of 3 of my orders came damaged which was unfortunate. My 8 Doug firs and 6 Caroline Raspberries arrived in great condition. The 6 heritage raspberries were terribly damaged. Fast Growing Trees quickly sent replacements for the Heritage bushes. Unfortunately, the second round arrived damaged as well. When I requested a refund, they were quick to respond and refund me, no questions asked. I most definitely will order from them in the future because they know how to take of their customers which is rare these days. Thank you Fast Growing Trees for the thriving plants and for doing the right thing with the others.

First 2 trees I received were badly damaged due to packing and carrier faults. I contacted support right away with pics. They rectified my order and sent me 2 new trees free and received them in a few days. Was impressed by the speedy delivery of the 2 new trees. These trees were in great shape and they had no damage.

Came perfectly packaged and are growing like weeds. I am extremely happy and will be ordering more from you soon.

Did not get what i ordered. Stayed on phone 30 mins. Explaining this and still not get what i ordered. I don't think i will order again.

We have ordered 6 trees and all but one are thriving and doing great, even in the extreme heat we've experienced lately. My patio peach tree did not make it and when I called about it, the customer service was outstanding. They were very apologetic and instantly gave me a credit. Once the peach tree was back in stock, I ordered another one using my credit and it's thriving and doing great just like the other trees.

Website was easy to navigate and great selection of products.

The website is pretty well organized to make the selection process fast and easy. For novices, there are detailed information on the particular plant / tree along with the growing zones and other parameters that need to be considered while making the selection.
Ordering was straightforward from the website and the delivery of plants was done in 4 days with explicit information on what needs to be done to ensure the healthy growth of the tree. End to end experience with fast growing trees has been wonderful and this is the third purchase i have had from them.

The hydrangeas were very over priced. Everlasting hydrangeas were available at local nurseries for same price but much bigger, already blooming and healthy. FGT sent 3 sticks growing out of grown with a couple of leaves. The landscaper left them in the pot and stated to let them grow and he would plant in the Fall when they got large enough to transplant.

I am always very pleased with the customer service from fast growing trees they do an amazing job in the packaging of the trees.

I ordered a combo pack with lemon and lime tree. 3 months later. No trees have been delivered.
Customer service keeps saying trees will be delivered but no tree yet.

GREAT experience. Great quality. Super easy. Honest company.
