I have now bought 3 plants from FastGrowing Trees, a banana plant, a whirlwind palm and a coconut tree. They look great on my patio, especially since I live in Northeast Ohio. All are healthy and growing fast. It's like I'm on a tropical vacation whenever I walk into my backyard. Love these trees!

I ordered 2 trees, a 6-7 ft elm and a 5-6 foot pink Dogwood. The trees were shipped together in a box that was not long enough. The elm had the top cut off of it with bent and broken branches, some leaves brown and curled. The dogwood is beautiful. I have a guarantee and have been in contact with the company. Every time I look at that tree I want to cry, it looks pityfull!

Ordered 5-6 foot peach tree, they said would be producing peaches this year... Got a 4 ft. Pittiful looking tree I over paid for by $100... Never Again. Local hardware store $40-60$ I paid $160 in hopes of having fruit this year, i called they refunded me $30 YAY. I just hope the P. O. S. Lives. Dont fund these people...

Entire procedure was very easy and communication was good. Arrival of items purchased was reasonable.
Living in Southern California, and ordering in the summer can cause problems with the trees arriving dry. But customer service has always been very responsive and helpful in making the situation right. I will continue to order from FastGrowing Trees. I love their selection. They have lots of trees that are not easy to find locally, and the site makes it extremely convenient.
They consistently ship good product at a good price in a short period of time.
