I ordered the mango tree and it took way too long to get to me. (Over a week). By the time I received it the dirt was pretty dry and the tree had become loosen. I don't know if that was normal. I tried packing the tree into the pot as well as I can before planting it. So far my mango tree has been losing its leaves, no new growth at this point. I'm really hoping that it survives. I have bought the same mango tree in the past and it arrived fast and I was able to plant it quickly, which helped it thrive and grew beautifully. Unfortunately this new tree is not looking that way. Kind of upset about how long shipping took. Hopefully my tree doesn't die.

I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times. Their products are always good quality, well protected during shipment, and arrive as promised. When needed, their customer service has been easy to obtain and very helpful.

Definitely recomment.

Watered it in the burlap and it started growing very quick, got someone to help me plant it and it seems to be doing fine, and we finally got some rain so that should help it.

The leaves are turning brown. No response to my call for help.

I am very happy with my experience with Fast Growing Trees. My Gomphocarpus physocarpus came in as promised, it looked a little dry after being boxed up for a few days but with a little water it bounced back and is all I had hoped for. Excited to get started on my new milk weed garden area.

I'm very happy with all the fruit trees that I have purchased very satisfied with the size and the quality of the trees. I purchased cherry tree pear tree and apricot all came in excellent condition and prompt delivery.

I purchased a peach tree and it was beautiful. It looks nice and healthy. 5 star... Second tree is a cherry tree and not so much on looking healthy. Has not done very well at all. Very disappointed with it. Not sure that it will live. The leaves look dry and they are folded in on themselves. It is 30 feet from the peach tree and they get watered the same every day. It's not looking good.

The website is super user friendly. I really appreciated being able to see other's pictures and their progress. This is really the first time I am able to find so much info from other users about their trees' progress.

Both trees arrived looking dead. The willow has come back with new shoots, the dogwood is not responding. I need to contact for replacement.

All good so far tree arrived well packaged and in great shape. New growth also observed in weeks after planting

First, I was amazed at how fast the plants (Purple Fountain Grass) were delivered and then I was impressed at how they were packaged. I ordered 6 and all are healthy and although a bit delayed in getting them into the ground, all of them are doing well.

I have made a few orders now and am completely satisfied with the whole process and plants are growing fast can't wait for them to fill in

The first one dried up & turned brown soon after planting. The ball of soul was all broken loose & the bag fell away from the tree as we lifted it out of the box, we quickly put it all back together in the bag, but maybe the damage was already done to the roots? Anyway, we transplanted it to a different spot & watching it, watering just like the new one, just to see if it comes out of it by next spring. But the replacement one is doing great, Thanks so much!

Received thuja giant tree between 5-6ft tall. Not pleased with appearance. Lacking in fullness when compared with tree purchased from another online tree website. Same price paid for both.

They take great care in packaging your products so they are not damaged in transit. I really appreciated that. Also, with the heat wave we are having, they made sure I received my shipment quickly, so my tree and plants were sitting for days in a hot delivery truck. Superb customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I believe my plants stayed in the mail a little too long, but they all seem to be pretty resilient and have bounced back since I re-pot and fed them. They are looking good these days and I'm excited to see them grow.
