Good products and wide selection of plants in different options/sizes

I ordered two trees. One died about a month after receiving it. I had purchased the warrantee plan, so I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived almost dead, very tiny in size compared to the first, and had shot hole disease on the leaves. I contacted customer service. They said they would send me another replacement. Two weeks later, the shipping info said the label was created but no package had been dropped off to the delivery company. I checked the website and the type of tree was Out of Stock, though no one had notified me. I contacted customer service again. They said they would give me store credit. Over a week later, I had not received store credit. So I had to contact customer service again and finally got store credit. Now my second tree looks like its dying. I may have to get a replacement for that one too. I've purchased many trees from several different nurseries. I use meters to check moisture and PH levels on all trees regularly. Every tree I own is thriving except the two from FastGrowingTrees.

As did the strawberries, although we're finding the chipmunks and birds are enjoying them more than we are.

This was ordered to replace an order you got wrong, and sent the wrong item. Not satisfied

The plants were pricey and some arrived with broken branches. Wasn't worth the price paid, in my opinion.

Really easy to order and receive & plant, The plants we received were in great shape and I put them in the ground and see how it goes so far so good

Easy to Order and Shipping was Great. However both fuji apple trees that I have ordered has died. $250 gone and FastGrowingTrees is not willing to help.

I ordered two blue berry bushes they came on time, healthy, with blue berries on them. I was impressed.

Purchased 5 trees in one order. All came in good shape and are doing well with exception to the granny smith which arrived damaged. Customer service was a very quick phone call and they replaced the tree very fast. Will use again next spring

I was thrilled to receive my "extra-long" box from you because I knew it contained the trees I had ordered. When the delivery was made, the box was bent L-shaoed because it was quite awkward for one person to carry with both ends containing a large plant--the chaste and the maple tree. Because of the way it was bent, the maple tree had snapped in the middle. I tried planting the burlap ball anyway thinking it might live, but it didn't. The only thing that survived out of my order was the chaste plant.

They had what I wanted. It got delivered on time and was package so there was no damage.

I ordered the mango tree and it took way too long to get to me. (Over a week). By the time I received it the dirt was pretty dry and the tree had become loosen. I don't know if that was normal. I tried packing the tree into the pot as well as I can before planting it. So far my mango tree has been losing its leaves, no new growth at this point. I'm really hoping that it survives. I have bought the same mango tree in the past and it arrived fast and I was able to plant it quickly, which helped it thrive and grew beautifully. Unfortunately this new tree is not looking that way. Kind of upset about how long shipping took. Hopefully my tree doesn't die.

We have ordered 4 fruit trees so far and are very pleased with the product.

I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times. Their products are always good quality, well protected during shipment, and arrive as promised. When needed, their customer service has been easy to obtain and very helpful.

Definitely recomment.

Watered it in the burlap and it started growing very quick, got someone to help me plant it and it seems to be doing fine, and we finally got some rain so that should help it.

The leaves are turning brown. No response to my call for help.

I am very happy with my experience with Fast Growing Trees. My Gomphocarpus physocarpus came in as promised, it looked a little dry after being boxed up for a few days but with a little water it bounced back and is all I had hoped for. Excited to get started on my new milk weed garden area.

I'm very happy with all the fruit trees that I have purchased very satisfied with the size and the quality of the trees. I purchased cherry tree pear tree and apricot all came in excellent condition and prompt delivery.

I purchased a peach tree and it was beautiful. It looks nice and healthy. 5 star... Second tree is a cherry tree and not so much on looking healthy. Has not done very well at all. Very disappointed with it. Not sure that it will live. The leaves look dry and they are folded in on themselves. It is 30 feet from the peach tree and they get watered the same every day. It's not looking good.
