I ordered 2 Japanese maple, 3-4ft and 5-6ft sizes. They both arrived with very little foliage which left me concerned because I've seen photos from other customers that received theirs with plenty of foliage. Both trees arrived in the beginning of summer btw. I reached via the sites inquiry message board over a week ago and I've yet to receive a response. This tells me they don't prioritize this method of communication and I'll have to reach out via phone. So as of now, I'm neither satisfied or dissatisfied. I'll update my review once I know these trees are healthy and destined to live.

The shopping experience was good and so was the shipping times. The product itself was not great. I received 2 Lilac plants with significant browning on the leaves and some damage to one of the them either from shipping or when being packed. Both were relatively small for the pricing. I planted both and they are still surviving. I am hoping given they are hardy by nature and with my attention they will both survive. One seems to be doing better than the other, but overall I would not recommend this site due to my experience.

Order was seamless, but both trees didn't survive. Seems healthy when arrived and planted immediately. Watered minimum twice a day, but totally died in 2 weeks later.
I ordered a 5 gallon tree for $132 thinking I would receive a nice size tree (3-5 ft.). I received a 6 inch tree! When I called to tell them I was very dissatisfied with this tree they said that they would send a 3-5 foot tree as a replacement. Much to my dismay, I received another 6 inch tree. I would never order from this site and had I seen the tree in a nursery I would never have bought it - much less paid over $100 for it. Now I have two puny trees - who knows how long they will take to produce figs.

I had a problem with several orders being mishandled by the shipping company and the plants were damaged. Even though it was not the fault of Fast Growing Trees, because they package the plants very well, they replaced the damaged shipments twice! Amazing customer service!
I bought a tree from them that I didn't think was going to make it, so I contacted them about the 30 day alive & thrive policy. I got a response first thing the next day, and after a couple quick email exchanges they noted my concerns on the issue and we decided to give it some more time. Well, the tree survived and is thriving so I didn't check back in, but they sure did. Probably three weeks later I got two emails checking back in and even a phone call to see if the tree needed replacement. I've never had a company pay so much attention to me. I turned around and placed an order for a different tree and plan on buying many more products from them.
I had to replace the original order as it did not take. They replaced it no questions asked, but were out of stock so refunded the difference for a smaller tree. I'm hoping this one takes.
Without exception every tree I have received has been healthy and better developed than I expected. Constantly pleasantly surprised

I ordered several types of trees, most of them have done great so far. I did lose 2 pear trees and was promptly given a gift certificate to replace them when they're back in stock or purchase something different. Definitely love the warranty. My order arrived in multiple boxes, were well packaged and in pretty good condition when they arrived. They were easy to get in the ground (excpet for the digging a hole part).

My daughter had sent me a beautiful fig tree from fast growing trees a few years ago, so I was expecting a similar experience with this order. Unfortunately, 3 of the 5 trees in this order arrived with broken branches & dry leaves.
The "bloodgood" maple is particularly disappointing— the graft to the rootstock was badly done, on arrival the leaves were spotted & dry, and the rootball was very small & appeared rotted. After several weeks of care, there are some new leaves and buds, but the shape of the new leaves appears distorted.
When i called the information line the person who answered was unfriendly & unhelpful. So very disappointing!
The selection process was very simple. The delivery was fast and I got exactly what I wanted.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
