So many problems that I've lost track but here's the jist. Ordered two apple trees and two peach trees. The apple trees arrived - the bottom half of one tree and the top half of the second tree. One peach tree died. Called support for replacements. Fed Ex (their shipper) took about 10 days to deliver. Throughout this ordeal all but one Fed Ex shipment arrived late. Got one apple tree that took and is doing well. The second apple tree - all the leaves were dried up. Called support and they said to wait another month and see if it comes back. It did not and they sent a replacement which Fed Ex, for once delivered on time. It's been in the ground for 3 weeks with no sign that it will grow. Had to replace one of the peach trees and after about six weeks, I still can't tell if it will survive. I could go through my emails and get a more accurate description and timeline for all of this but I've already put in too much time dealing with this company. I'm sure glad I bought an extra year of warranty - one month would have been a joke. I will never buy another tree from not-so-fast-growing trees.
On a more positive note - their help line support staff were very sympathetic and readily provided replacements.

I purchased three trees, two of which were very beat up and died within two days of being planted. I do have quite a bit of a green thumb so I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. Per the website I cannot return the plants or get my money back.

I ordered a gif leaf houseplant, 4-5'. I received a 6' plant outgrowing it's container so needs to be repotted and definitely won't fit the area I intended it for.
I've ordered several trees for my granddaughter who loves growing things. They arrive in a timely fashion and are healthy and growing.
Trees were great. Bugger then it was described. And all of them survived and are doing great.
My tree showed up looking close to dead and I called for a replqcemtne but the girl gave me some other number to call and send them a picture or the tree. I decided to plant it and hope it does well since I bought a one year warranty on it. But the tree has crispy leaves loooijg terrible and I was very disappointed paying a couple hundred bucks for some near dead tree being delivered

The 5 trees ad 2 hydrangeas came in looking healthy. Only one hydrangea was slightly damaged but that was most likely due to the person delivering who didn't pay attention to the arrows saying which way the box should be handled.
Plants that were sent to me were in shoddy condition but FGT made it right once the problem was brought to its attention.
I purchased 3 wisteria trees. (2, then another) They all arrived in perfect condition. Planted them per instructions with the special, separately priced "additive". A month and ½ later, all three are thriving and have about 1' new growth. When "FGT" tells you HOW to plant what you buy... follow their directions... works every time! May "seem" expensive, but you get what you pay for with "FGT"! EXCELLENT! Thank you!

The driver had my tree in his truck until near the end of the day. Even though the tree(ball) had some moisture, it had gone into shock and the leaves were ready to fall off the tree. I put it into the ground immediately and soaked with water. Each day, I soaked it with water and now new leaves are sprouting where the original leaves had died. I think it should be a normal practise to deliver any trees first than the remainder of the products.
Great company with great product and service. They stand behind their plants and they ship them carefully. Only place that I have had consistent good product from. Very competitive prices and constant sales and special offers.
Site is easy to navigate and the advice is sound and easy to find. Shipping is quick and easy and things arrive well packaged. I am very satisfied with quality of trees that I have received and the one time that I had a problem, it was quickly handled I received a replacement very quickly.
I spent a lot of money on this site. Half the plants survive after 30 days - the other half die. These are not inexpensive purchases. Getting a refund or exchange is not seemless.

All plants were packed great and arrived alive. 30 days later still alive. All but clemitis vine were as expected. I just expected a little more vines. But growing. Star jasmine was amazing and a plant already. Overall good experience and will definitely order more.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
