They have excellent customer service, super fast shipping, they offer professional advice for their products, the trees I purchased arrived healthy and full and are growing great. I will be returning here for my future purchases.
Tree arrived fast and heathy. I planted it the same day. I've been watering it and watching it. Seems to be holding on. Time will tell.

Plants were smaller than I had hoped and I have been watering them but they don't seem to be growing hardly at all.
I was hoping that since the costs and age of your plants are higher than others I have tried ordering in the past, the plants would arrive in fantastic shape, ready to dress up my yard area within the first few days of transplantation. However, they arrived looking almost dead. In fact, I think one of the hostas and one of the thornless blackberry bushes are past recovery. I am glad that I paid for replacement insurance so I can try again if necessary after giving them time to come back out. It might have been due to the extreme temperatures our area was suffering at the time the plants arrived. I'm really hoping that some pampering will bring their beauty out as I expected

The trees were packed really good, so they stayed moist. All 27 trees were healthy. We planted right away and they still are looking good.
I recently bought 12 fruit trees. All are doing well except for one Cold Hardy Avacado that had to be replaced. I should have reported the roots. They were the weakest of all of the trees and sure enough... it didn't make. It was beyond the 30 days so I had to buy another one. Roots are much better and so far it seems to be doing fine.
I was so excited to buy the 3-in-1 pear tree as a memorial to our parents. The tree came damaged and proceeded to die no matter what we did. I sought advice from fast growing trees and they only said make sure you're using your moisture gauge correctly. We lightly discussed soil but they offered no help at all. They said come back in a few weeks. Well it died in a few days. We called and the lady said she would upgrade us to a larger tree and the 5-in-1 since we had so many problems and the other was out of stock. We got an order confirmation then nothing. When I asked finally, they said sorry all out of stock and you can use a gift certificate for next year. That's it! We got a refund and will go local next time
We're so sorry that we weren't able to ship the replacement that we hoped! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
The crepe myrtle coming out of the box was in beautiful shape and is thriving quite well. The red maple and flame thrower are going to be wait and see. The flame thrower tree looked pretty sad coming out of the box, we planted all 3 within 2 days of receiving them according to the directions provided by you. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I will come back and update my review once I see how these 2 do.
Me of the plants was apparently damaged enroute, other than that I was completely satisfied.
The tree was almost dead & very tiny plant. With the money you guys charged I expected a fruit tree that looks like a fruit tree. Good luck on me to make that dead tiny thing survive.
Easy to order. On day of delivery, box was delivered to neighbors-without my or their knowledge. I notified of no package and expressed disappointment in Fed Ex. You ordered another package just an hour before I found the original box. When the second box showed, I was told not send it back. Extraordinary! Material in great condition.

I'm not a green thumb, but these trees are healthy enough to still be alive and thriving. Very pleased with the quality of the plants.
I ordered three trees from The Tree Center on 6/28/22.
On 7/11/22 the first of the two trees arrived in the same box. Both were damaged and the one was completely defective. The dogwood had a break in its main stem; the pine's stem was crooked and poorly pruned. The third tree was delivered late and arrived bone dry and overly exposed.
On 7/11/22 I sent the company an email with pictures of the two damaged trees. On 7/12/22, getting no response, I also submitted a ticket on the company website. I then sent emails on 7/13 and 7/14... worried about the 7-day window to report problems.
I originally asked for a partial refund on the dogwood, a replacement for the pine. Later, once the redbud arrived, I also asked for a refund on it, as it was near death.
On 7/21/22,10 days after I sent my first email, I received notice from the company that since I was beyond the 7-day window of returning the items that there was nothing that could be done.
I tried reasoning with them and requesting a full refund. The company says it is not possible and not within its customer agreement.
Original order didn't do well so a guaranteed replacement was sent.
It was healthy and now growing.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
