From order to delivery to planting, everything has been "Sweet as a Lemon". I had always wanted a lemon tree from when I went to college in CA. They smell so sweet but taste so tart! I would highly recommend anyone to try Fast Growing Trees. In fact, I have recommended them several times now following my purchase of two 5' trees. The packing was meticulous with not so much as a teaspoon of dirt escaping. The box was HEAVY and clearly made for safely shipping trees. The plants themselves were in excellent condition and far exceeded anything I could find locally. They were healthy, happy trees. I appreciated their follow-up to see how things were going, and I know many who have raved about their guarantee for the plants you buy. Ordered online after talking by phone for reassurance. Tree arrived in three days, very well packed and in good condition. It is now putting out new leaves. Think it will do well.
So I went to Lowe's to get 22 Green Giant Arborvitaes. Placed the order only to find out they couldn't fill it about a week later. So I've ordered from this site before with no complaints at all. I was actually very happy with the product. Well FGT ran a sale just as I needed it and ordered 22 Green Giant trees at 4-5ft. Arrived two per box for approximately the same price. The trees are in fantastic shape, probably closer to 4ft but green and well shaped/filled out. Planted all of the trees a little late in the season but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and am pretty confident they will thrive.
I bought a 6-foot Muskogee crape myrtle tree. With its multiple trunks, it was so beautiful when it arrived that I almost cried. But some of the leaves were dead, and within two weeks, the whole tree was dead. FastGrowingTrees.com monitored my complaint, and about a week later, a tree just as lovely arrived. It's been about a month, and the new tree is happy and healthy and growing new branches.
One of the two ordered plants had been severely damaged (ultimately died) during shipping process. FastGrowing Trees immediately replaced the tree within a few days. A very healthy (undamaged) plant was received and is beautifully growing in the yard.
Just terrible. No communication regarding the delay on my order. I have to keep sending emails to FGT to find out where my tree is? Next week, next week, and then I'm told the tree is not in stock. Just a terrible way to run a business.

Received the tree. Packaging was good for tree to survive shipping. Planted the tree. It never lost a leaf! It had new growth within a week! God is in charge from now on

They were very helpful in getting my fruit trees established and when my peach tree did not survive they sent me a new beautiful one. I will buy all of my trees and plants from them.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.


We apologize that you ordered the wrong trees. Because these are live products that we are shipping, we discourage them being shipped back to us and do not provide return shipping labels. Shipping plants to a customer and then having them returned severely weakens and can even kill plants. You are welcome to ship the plants back to us and apologize again for the inconvenience.
