After my previous review, I was called by a very helpful representative from Fast-Growing Trees. She arranged shipment of a replacement for the ailing Bloodgood Japanese Maple tree and a partial refund for the plants damaged in transit. The replacement Bloodgood was packaged well, and the tree, which arrived without any damage, is healthy and fully meets expectations. Bravo FGT! I will definitely order from you again soon.

They do not honor their guarantee. Plants arrived dead. Sent photos, used their messaging system for over 2 weeks, made telephone calls. Followed all of their instructions 2X. No response, despite being told that I would receive replacements and a response within 3 - 4 days.

I would recommend purchasing the 1 yr. Guarantee (in the event that post transplant, the tree doesn't survive). I also ordered the Blue Moon Wisteria, which is now in a pot. Both items were packaged carefully and, arrived in a timely fashion. I called customer service regarding the wisteria, and, it was reassuring that I've potted it correctly. All in all, great company!
Everything arrived and so far survived! Some of my new trees have been planted for 3 weeks now and are starting to sprout new leaves and growth.

I ordered some salvia. The first time I received them, they were covered in fungus. The replacement set I received, were all dead. I don't think I'll buy from this company again. At least not in the summer.

Everything arrived dead, crushed, moldy & smelling like mold/must. Trees are very wet and completely brown. I can't believe anyone would think it was ok to mail to a customer

I ordered a Meyer lemon bush and a lime bush. The lemon is a little bush the lime is a tree and marked bush. I have planted them in pots as they have to come in for the winter. However, I'm concerned that the roots are dark brown and dry looking, maybe that is the way they grow, but I'm really concerned. The medium that came in was mostly brown wood chips like come with orchids.
I think you should send some recommendations as to fertilizers eg. 10-5-5 and how often.
Some of the trees I ordered looked very nice and a couple looked pretty DOA. I planted them right away and watered them regularly. All of the 2-in ones have issues. The apple and peach appear completely dead, the pear and plum have one side dead. FGT did replace the the pear and sent 2 plums instead of a peach - the replacements are the same one side ok, the grafted in branch not so good. The apple and peach still have no leaves, even though there is a bit of green at the bottom of the trunk - will have to update come spring.

Online transaction was super smooth fast and easy. Great price. Tree was delayed in shipping by 3 days. Ended up being about %25 wilted and brown. Hopefully I can bring it back.
Our first tree (Haas Avocado) had contracted root rot and didn't make it past the first couple weeks. They promptly sent us a new replacement free of charge and the newer tree is doing much better.
I got so many dead plants and even though they offered to replace them, they sent more dead plants. So I called again and they wanted me to buy insurance to replace the dead plants. I am frustrated and won't be shopping with them again. I could have just thrown my money in the garbage. I got 3 dead raspberry plants and one dead banana tree.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
