I received a magazine from FastGrowing Trees and was eager to try their products at once. So I ordered one fig tree and one pawpaw tree. I received my order pretty fast. However upon opening the box, I noticed that the 2 pots and plants were on top of the other. Although each plant and pot are wrapped individually in a plastic bag, but the fact that they were not properly secured for shipping, they arrived in poor condition. The fig tree had one big branch broken. The paw paw tree was completely broken and seemed dead because the soil was out of the pot. I read carefully the instructions to replant these precious trees, then emailed your customer service to report the result. I still have not received any response from the company. I am disappointed. I am sorry, but I don't think that I can do business with your company anymore.
The items I ordered (12) came in perfect condition. Were carefully and professionally boxed. They are all thriving and I will order from this vendor again!

I ordered an apple tree that was heavily heat damaged during shipping with FEDEX. I reached out to FGT and they were very helpful. They made things right by shipping me a better, taller tree that survived the FEDEX shipping. It is now growing very well in my front yard. Cheers!

I ordered a Red Dawn tree and a hydrangea and when they came the FedEx guy leaned the box up against my house. It snapped the tree and killed it. Fast growing Trees people replaced it and I'm hoping my new tree makes it! Loved the customer service!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
