I ordered a tree to be planted on a park in Suffolk County NY. I had it sent directly to the receiving area at the park.

I ordered a tree and it took over a month before I gave up. After several calls trying to figure out where my tree was I just gave up and said I wanted my money back. I was told it couldn't be delivered to my address in California. One problem. I live in Ohio. It was on ALL of my info. I was then told several times I would get a tracking number and never did. I was told it would be fast delivery and I'd get it in 2 days. Never happened. I don't like to leave bad reviews but it was literally ME CALLING THEM. To get it straightened out. And if I hadn't I'd STILL be waiting.

I ordered two trees. Both came almost looking like bare root trees. No more than 10 leaves on each of the 6 feet trees. Also most of the leaves had some kind of bug eating the leaves. Not worth for the price of the trees.

I purchased the 3 in1 apple tree and it was delivered earlier than expected! It was full of leaves and labeled on each branch. I just received my apricot tree and I couldn't be anymore happier. I'm so excited for next year for them to bear fruit.

My plant came in good conditions, even with wet soil!
Very small plant. Leaves full of insect holes. Shipped in gallon container but roots were not established and dirt simply fell away from root mass. I wanted this particular color but plant is too small to place where I wanted. I could have bought a tree locally for half the price.

I ordered 2 golden raspberry bushes and a pineberry plant. The raspberry bushes are fine and growing. The $30 pineberry should have been a mature plant for that price. I got a tiny start with 4 leaves on it that is probably worth $5.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
