Ordered 6 boxwood Received 4 (2 damaged). Talked with customer service they told me they are sending 2 missing and 2 damaged. 4 total. Send just 2 and the plants are yellow. I am not ordering more here in the future.

I needed to replace my Crepe Myrtles (by the way I ordered from The Tree Center)because they died from Aphid. Once your tree is infected it's almost impossible to survive no matter how much you treat the tree. I received my Myrtles today covered with the white sticky Aphid. All 5 trees/bushes. The tree came with it's own bug that chewed holes in most of the leaves. The trees lacked healthy satisfaction. Extreamly disappointed. I've ordered from the Tree Center in the past all of my orders where healthy.

On the web page, when you order your trees/plants, it states that you will receive FAST and RELIABLE shipping. After 7 days of waiting, I still had not received a shipping notification from FastGrowingTrees, so I reached out to them. I was told it would be another week, or so, until the contracted nursery could ship out my trees. I was also told that shipping can not be guaranteed. If you can't guarantee that the customers will receive FAST and RELIABLE shipping, then it is far from reliable, and in my case, it was not fast. Therefore, it probably shouldn't be, front-and-center, on your website. I sure others have received great service, but unfortunately, I wasn't one of them.

The tree arrived fast and in great condition. I am particularly pleased that the tree was grown in a container so that the roots were not cut to package and ship. Enough moisture was contained in the root ball to allow the tree to arrive in good condition.
One small thing. A few days after planting I noticed several leaves had been skeletonized. Upon investigation, I was able to pick 5 Japanese beetles off the tree (my chickens ate them with relish). I do not know if they came in on the tree or if the tree was quickly found by local beetles. If the latter, I would have expected re-infestation, which has not occurred. Just to let you know.

The quality of the plants and trees I ordered is top notch. Initially, there is some wear and tear on the plants during shipping. Occasionally they will drop leaves, but that's probably due to acclimatizing to the new environment. Some of my plants arent doing too well, but that's not because of the company. It's likely due to my care and possibly overlooking some aspects of care.
I felt that the tree I received wasn't in the best condition. Scrawny is the best word to describe it. I expected a few more branches and a more leaves when buying the most expensive option you offered. It has been in the ground several weeks and shows a few new leaves.
The phone staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and although the prices were slightly high, their products were beautiful. I purchased two azalea bushes for my sister and they helped me with color and size to purchase for her house. After six months one of the plants didn't do well and started to fade. They replaced it no questions asked with a beautiful tree ", slightly bigger, and it is doing well.
Very understanding rep. Easily resolved with a replacement to be shipped later to avoid excessive hot weather.

Great packing and delivery. But the tree had a fungus on it. I called Customer Service explained the problem and another tree was promptly sent to replace the other one. I will be buying my apple tree from this site shortly. I highly recommend FastGrowingTrees.com.
Website and placing order was easy and quick. The issue was when we received the trees. One of the trees is bent at the top and a few of the limbs were broken. We're hoping it will straighten out but hasn't so far.
These yokels canceled a friend's order because of their Chinese name. I did a test and ordered a product with a Chinese name, but that order is now stuck in Arizona.
When I complained, there were two service people involved and neither knew of the other. One of them got very defensive at my indignation. The situation remains unresolved.

Got what I ordered quickly and alive. The only thing that sucks were my limited options because I live in California, but I don't blame the company. Also, some items were out of stock and that is their fault.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
