Tree was shipped out on Monday from North Carolina I believe and I received it Friday afternoon in CA. I planted it the next day and five days later it was already showing growth.
Some trees i received were significantly smaller in size

Paid for and specifically asked for a receiving date so I could plant all the trees. (11 total) Nearly two weeks later and no trees. Customer service disregarded the issue and asked me to just wait for FedEx to deliver. Finally, after I got mildly upset, they forced FedEx to get the trees to me later that day. The boxes were torn up, and specifically state to lay on one side during transportation, and not to allow exposure to extreme heat. Days were over 100-degrees during shipping. Boxes delivered sitting on end when delivered also. Why did Fast Growing Trees make things so difficult?

My Meyer lemon arrived in good condition. I'm very satisfied.
The tree came fine... the leaf edges are brown (dead)... I did plant it in a large container... am monitoring the soil moisture... It is in a partial morning sun and afternoon shade away from wind. Perhaps the leaf edge die off is normal?
1. Avocado tree - no blooms but getting leafy and tall. Expect blooms next year.
2. Key lime bush - thought it wasn't going to bloom this year but 'boom' it started blooming all over!
3. Kiwi package. The first one died within a week (looked sickly from the start really). FGT sent a replacement - looked healthy from the start and it is growing well. Very happy.
4. Legacy Blueberry bushes. Planted and looking really good.
The original 3 plants arrived almost dead. The carrier who delivered them had them too long and they wilted. I immediately called Fast Growing Trees and sent them photos. They said they would replace the plants without charge and I could keep the wilted ones. Three new plants arrived in perfect condition and planted immediately.
Sales person was very helpful in order to choose the product. She fully convinced me that I must buy from her. I had some issue with my purchases. It was resolved very promptly and with no hassle. I have no regrets and I will definitely make my future purchases from this company
When we received the apricot, it was all brown and wilted.
But after a week of a lot of care, it recovered and we started to see growth!
I hesitate to buy plants online because most of the time you pay for one size and you receive a much smaller size plant, which is more difficult to return and deal with the whole thing. But here, I received exactly what I paid for, was very happy with the plant, it was nice and healthy and delivered very quickly.
Ordered two banana trees. Sadly one came broken. I contacted customer service and was immediately cared for by Julia.
What a great experience. I sent in photos of the damaged tree and a replacement was sent out asap. Super, super happy. The trees are gorgeous!

This is my second purchase (the first experience was almost stellar). As the last, I opted to purchase the largest option for my bamboo. What I received is extremely pitiful looking - nothing but 3 sticks supposed to resemble something a little more healthy. This including a delivery that took 7 days to arrive.

I have always been extremely satisfied with all the plants I have gotten from Fast Growing. Butttt I ordered a black pepper plant that was the exception. It came two days late and I guess the heat did a number on the plant. I did call for direction and they were wonderful. Although it is still trying, I and I am following the directions, I don't believe it will be with us much longer.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
