I recently received my latest order from Fast Growing Trees. Their service is topnotch. I received my tree quickly and in great shape. I had to return a tree that I planted, as it died when we had a late spring frost. I had purchased the warranty, so I gave them a call, and it was that simple to get a replacement. The replacement came and i planted it, and it is doing very well.
Their people are friendly, and their products are healthy. I will definitely use them again for future tree purchases.

We have bought a lot of plants from Fast Growing Trees. Our first order arrived healthy and thrived when we planted them. Our second order included fruit trees and two of the apple trees arrived stressed. We got them planted but they quickly shriveled and did not look like they would make it. Fast Growing Trees quickly sent us replacements without a hassle. We will continue to buy plants here and I have recommended them to friends and family.

I ordered 10 5' Thuja Green Giants. 4 of the 5 boxes arrived within 4-5 business days and the third box arrived a few days later. Consequently the last box caused the 2 plants inside to be in shock. They look yellow and wilty. Hopefully they recover because these trees were not cheap.

Overall I'm happy with the service and will likely return in the future.

I ordered a larger type pricey azalea. It came with over 50% damage from bugs/disease, which I did not want to plant near my other azaleas so the reason for damage couldn't spread. They were kind enough to replace the tree however, it was a small tree, obviously worth less, and all it's leaves curled and turned brown. There are some new leaves sprouting however, the whole experience is not pleasing. I don't know whether the new sprouting leaves with fill out the bear stems or how it will end up looking. Disappointing.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Plants are doing well. Thanks for great directions and packaging.

However I'm thinking it was more the shipper. From the time I got notice of shipment it was over a week before I received it. All leaves were off. I planted it anyway to see if I could revive it, might not know for sure till next spring now? Very disappointed.

The first one didn't survive but they replaced it free and the second one is thriving.

Delivery was quick and tree arrived in great condition

We ordered 4 trees from the site that were selected for our grow zone. We also purchased the protection plan that covered all 4 for one price and a fertilizer booster for all. The trees arrived quickly and packaged in boxes appropriate for their height (including a six- foot beauty.) We planted them 30 days ago and they look good and healthy. The butterfly bush arrived with blooms and has maintained blooming throughout. We are very pleased.

I ordered the 3-4 ft Wysteria Tree and it delivered healthy and securely packaged! Great quality so far and seems to be doing well after I planted it.

Ordered a couple different trees. The Crepe Mtryle was perfect and large! The River Birch were perfect also.

It came with a good root system and larger than I expected. It is doing well, I have it in a temporary 3-gal pot, until I can create a space for it permanently.

Got a ten back of your pine trees and so far they are great. The other two were different and haven't been so lucky. Not sure if it's because of the clay ground although I did check once or twice and it did say the two were supposed to do well in soil like that. Over all I am mostly satisfied

I was looking for specific plants in stock and hard to find. Found all I was looking for here and didn't have to wait for a shipping season!

Brought 2 mango plants. Got them in 1 wk. Though both were somewhat distressed, 1 recovered well but other did not survive. I contacted Fast-growing tree customer service, and they requested some pictures. They immediately sent a replacement on same day. Now waiting for replacement tree. (By the way I got 1 yr. Warranty for the plants)

After I received my plants, I immediately opened them and planted them in bigger pots. One of my olive trees had two main branches broken (hanging by a thread). I took pictures. I called FGT. They where were professional and offered to give me a 20% discount on the price of the tree. However, that does not solve the problem. I appreciate their desire to help. But, the right thing would be a ship a new one since I've been a long time customer. Also, I ordered a banana tree that did not arrive. I had to call and ask them to ship it. My free Lemon tree also did not arrive. When I called, they offered a $20 gift card. Seems like this particular order of mine fell through the cracks.
