I bought a 6-7 foot tree for my sister. The tree was very important as it is a memory tree for her son who passed away a year ago at the age of seven. The tree arrived in bad shape. My sister told me it looked like it was in sever shock and all but two leaves were still alive. The tree has been planted for almost a month now and still looks mostly dead. The tree is receiving care daily in hopes it will survive

Ordered two crape myrtles b/c they were advertised as being grown in and shipped from California. Nope. Both were dead when they arrived 8 days later from South Carolina. Customer service finally credited the cost after many attempts. Lost two weeks in the meantime.

I ordered a large ficus and a golden pothos. I knew they would be travel weary because the weather has been very hot. I have hopes the ficus will come out of its shocked state dropping all of its leaves. I was so disappointed in the size and the health of the pothos plant. At best it is a 10.00 mass retailer plant... not a 30.00 healthy lush plant. I will not purchase from them again.

I have made two separate purchases so far. I was surprised both times how quickly I received them and how well they were packed. Within a few days of opening and re-potting the plants looked great! This was at least 6 weeks ago with the first and they are flourishing!
Expected delivery in a few days after ordering. Half the order arrived as advertised; called customer service to find out what happened; customer service was guessing on shipment of second half. Had to call customer service again to finally re-ship the other half. Better customer service experience the second time & was given a rebate & a discount on a future order, but no reason to order again from FGT. Products were on par with local nurseries.

I purchased the biggest, most expensive options for the shrubs I chose so you can say I was quite disappointed when I received them. They were nothing like the pictures and most looked half dead. I have reached out to customer support, and they were less than friendly or accommodating to try and resolve my complaints.

I ordered 2 lemon trees for my wife's birthday. I overheard her tell our daughter that she wanted some. I did some research and landed on your website. I bought them and just a few days later, they were at my front door. They looked very healthy. We potted them and are looking forward to them starting to bear fruit.
My meter lemon trees are thriving, but all the leaves fell off my avocado plant and is dying. Orange tree is fine, no new growth in about a month but it's not dead

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
