My tree i think is dry but when I bought it it was healthy so I think it is getting to much heat. Because weather has been hot.

I ordered a total of 4 plants online from this company. The plants were under sized, trimmed, and damaged when they arrived. I contacted the company and they sent replacement plants which weren't much better.
Fast service, easy to use website, product arrived as promoted, was healthy and is growing well.
Twice I received trees there were bitten and ultimately dying. The first time I had it replaced with an identical tree that had the same issue. The next time I just took a credit that is good for a year. This gives me time to pick out something new. Very satisfied with customer service and how they responded. I have bought many trees here and it was the first time I had anything wrong with any of the trees.

The "tree" we purchased was tall and spindly- not a quality tree like I was expecting for 200 dollars. Next time we get a local product and use a nursery that cares about their products.

The plant came in not good shape, leaves and branches were placed and wrapped to folded on one side too much and somewhat damaged. I still planted it and it got better but still looks skewed on one side. The plant looked smaller than 3 gallon.

I have ordered two different trees from two different producers. The one I ordered from other vendor arrived with burned leaves and was limp, whereas the lemon tree I ordered from fastgrowingtress was very healthy. I put down both of the tress; the other one in the ground and the lemon tree in a pot as I am in Zone 7. The other tree species is perfect for Zone 8 and below but is not thriving, whereas my lemon tree from fastgrowingtrees is growing happily! Thank you. Next time, I am looking for a tree, I will order from here.
Good prices, great products, fast shipping. I haven't had to contact their customer service so I can't speak to their performance on that front, but other than that, A+.
Fast and easy ordering. The trees were healthy and packed well.
The first tree they sent was basically a stick with a few leaves. I was glad I bought insurance on it. After a couple of months of no growth or improvement I called and was told they would send me a new one because of the insurance. They did send a better tree. However the insurance does not carry over. I have 30 days to keep it or send back. That is not enough time to make a decision. I just hope the tree grows into the tree in the picture on the web site.

The shopping experience was very quick and easy. There is a good selection of products available. I knew that I wanted a crape myrtle tree and wanted the biggest tree that I could get at a good price.
This is the third tree I have brought from them, the first two were really healthy, this one is sad. Will give it some time to see if it makes it.
