Arrive on time. The tree was packed carefully, healthy and beautiful.
I ordered two Hass avocado trees. They were both shipped in the same box, but one of them had lost most of its leaves in transit. I counted six leaves total! The rest of the leaves were in the bottom of the box. Also, the soil planter at the bottom of the tree had been crushed and all the soil was out of the pot. The other tree though looks great.

I bought 6 trees and they arrived in good shape. Two of them were slightly brownish but am hoping they will perk up. They were easy to plant and root systems intact. Optimistic that they will thrive!
I bought my cherry tree in July. In late August, I contacted the store because my cherry tree was dying. They quickly sent me a new plant. Now we are glad about our tree. The cherry tree is going perfectly well. Definitely, I will return to buy more trees with fast-growing trees store.

Initially bought some drought tolerant shrubs for my front wall but they did not last in the coachella Valley heat. I did purchase the insurance and sent them pics and they honored the warranty with no hassle and issued a store credit. I ended up going with a different product and sadly they are not doing well either. Not really there fault just to dang hot. I was only able to afford 2 of the replacements due to cost restraints but in contrast I did buy the exact same plant at one of the local hardware stores that seems to be thriving when the other two are dying. Perhaps it is just better climatized? Over all the experience was pleasant and shipping times were excellent but just to dang hot out here in general for plants that were not grown in the area.
My first lilac tree planted during the heat of the summer didn't make it and they sent me another one which is doing great!

I received the plants quickly. The ficus was in excellent condition the smaller plant came with an army worm in it which damaged some of the plants. Not a huge issue just something to consider for future buyers
Exceeded my expectations. I expected a bare root and a limb. Instead, it was a ball root, wrapped in burlap and growing healthy with lots of green leaves. No damage in shipping and easy to plant. I will definitely buy more in the future. Beautiful tree.
Original order shipped out quickly but hakf of order was delayed by FedEx and packaging damaged by FedEx. Customer service replaced order immediately and made it good. Will definitely order from them again.
Sorry I haven't responded. Been so busy. The trees I purchaed before are wonderful. They arrived healthy and are flourshing!
My first two trees were yellowed with broken branches and diseased leaves and my replacement trees looked ok when they arrived but have subsequently developed the same brown spots all over and the leaves turned yellow and dropped off. This is a southern magnolia and they should not lose their leaves

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
