3 of the 4 trees I ordered were dead. The 4th "tree" was a branch! They credited me for 2 of the 4 and I had my CC company dispute the other 2. I spent over $500 and wanted it to work but what a disappointment. I can't understand the 5 star reviews. One of the worst online buying experiences I have ever had. I should have bought local.
Some trees that I planted didn't make it. I called, they sent me an email asking questions about them, I answered. And they sent me the replacement trees. Could not have asked for a better resolution.
I have purchased several trees, all doing well. But when two arrived in bad shape, i got replacements asap no questions asked just pictures.

In the Spring we ordered 2 crepe myrtle trees. Only one of the 3 ever got leaves on it. After waiting a few months, they issued a credit for the 2 dead trees. We reordered in September, but they only had smaller ones, so I added a climbing rose bush to use the credit up. Everything arrived promptly, but the rose bush had Black Spot on most of the leaves. I called, sent in photos, and they promptly replaced it. However, the replacement wasn't much better. I believe they are gong to send yet another although it hasn't shipped so perhaps they are waiting for a healthier specimen. Great customer service but products have been disappointing.
All my plants and trees arrived in a timely manner and were all very healthy. I will be ordering from them again.
How the plant is going to grow, how the plant will turn into a tree and produce I don't know yet. It is an expensive plant. I have followed the exact instructions to plant it and I am watering it regularly. Keeping my fingers crossed.

My complaint was received by JAMULA and she solved the problem and assisted me in getting replacement trees at no additional cost. She is a shining star for this company FASTGROWINGTREES. She is a great representative of good customer care after the purchase. I am not saying this because I received a new shipment of trees, I am saying this because the manner in which she handled the complaint and the care she used to make me personally satisfied after the call.

I received trees that had no leaves on them, and they were in the ground for 2 months and no signs of life. Then I got replacements and these ones are exactly like the ones that I received the first time. I don't even want to waste any more time on this crap.

The tree that I chose was a Red Maple and the tree was delivered in a couple of days in excellent condition.
Packed and shipped with great care. Product was just as described.
The trees and bushes looked good on arrival and the roots were definitely healthier than the ones you would find at the Home Depot or Lowes nursery. I am used to dry, impossibly rootbound situations, but these roots were nice and loose, moist and well-developed. The plum trees sprouted new growth almost immediately.
The packaging wasn't perfect and the delivery person did not bother to put the box in the position indicated (lie flat, this side up - nope! Propped it up diagonally against my door), so I was glad I got home shortly after it arrived.
I take ownership of the fact I ordered plants during a heat wave in California. Everything arrived well packed but totally wilted. Three of the five items bounced back. However, two Jasmine plants were cooked beyond recovery. I reported this and no follow-up to my email was ever received. No offer to replace them was ever provided, even though I asked for replacements.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
