Trees arrived packaged as if the person sending them were planning to plant them in their own yard. It truly showed the care taken to ensure trees arrived in excellent condition, which they did. Leaves were a vibrant green and overall the tree seemed very healthy. What I am disappointed in is the straightness of the trees themselves. I understand many may not care much but I do. Both were severely curved and I'm only hoping with some bamboo I can get them to straighten out a little. Also, the price seems to be quite high, but at the time of ordering these I did not check with my local lowes and I wish I would have. I found the same species of tree, three times the height for around $80 cheaper. But that is my fault not the companies. I'm assuming their cost accounts foe "free" shipping.

The trees arrived in excellent condition. They are all planted and look good.

I ordered a Prairifire Crabapple tree which after being stuck in shipment by FedEx arrived in bad shape.
It had no leaves and branches only on one side of the trunk. I called customer service and after texting a photo of the sad traumatized tree was sent a replacement at no cost. It arrived in perfect condition and is now thriving in our front yard.

I ordered my olive tree to have as a house plant, & patio plant in the summertime. It came quickly, and was expertly packed. It didn't miss a beat, growing new leaves right away! I will order again soon.

From ordering to delivery, everything went as promised, Tree was easy to carry and unwrap.

I was afraid to order live plants from a website and company I didn't know, but I did and I am thrilled with everything I got. I am definitely going to order more. Everything arrived in pristine condition and the plants are lovely.

Dogwoods arrived. When took off pot, dirt fell away and only bare roots on trees remained.

I ordered the above two trees and they were delivered in a few days! We planted them in our front yard to replaced previous old trees that died.
The trees arrived in perfect condition and are anxious how they survive the winter and come into bloom and growth in the spring.

I received the product with only one small branch (2 to 3 Inches long on top. It remains to be seen if the tree grows.

Even though FedEx set the box upright and one tree was upside down both trees were in great shape. Strong well grown trees anything else I think would have been in a 100 pieces after arriving. Both are doing well; they've been in the ground for a few weeks now.

My Flame Thrower Redbud came with more leaves and a lot better shape than I expected. After planting I started see new growth in two weeks. It has been growing ever since.

We purchased two of the three gallon black night butterfly bushes with the hope they will attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds to our yard while also filling out most of the flower bed under our picture window. They were also deer resistant and we get a lot of deer. We planted them in September so they had time to establish roots before the cool fall weather approached. They were done blooming when they arrived. Although butterfly bushes are deemed appropriate for the zone in which we live, we had heard from nurseries that many do not survive, but the ones that do, are the ones we purchased. So, we covered them in burlap before the first frost to try and give them some extra protection during the winter. Fingers crossed they begin to grow in the spring!

3 of the 4 trees I ordered were dead. The 4th "tree" was a branch! They credited me for 2 of the 4 and I had my CC company dispute the other 2. I spent over $500 and wanted it to work but what a disappointment. I can't understand the 5 star reviews. One of the worst online buying experiences I have ever had. I should have bought local.
