All my plants and trees arrived in a timely manner and were all very healthy. I will be ordering from them again.

How the plant is going to grow, how the plant will turn into a tree and produce I don't know yet. It is an expensive plant. I have followed the exact instructions to plant it and I am watering it regularly. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered a tree as a house warming gift and it was a HUGE hit! The tree arrived packaged with great care and it is very healthy. Perfect for the new home owners in our family!

My complaint was received by JAMULA and she solved the problem and assisted me in getting replacement trees at no additional cost. She is a shining star for this company FASTGROWINGTREES. She is a great representative of good customer care after the purchase. I am not saying this because I received a new shipment of trees, I am saying this because the manner in which she handled the complaint and the care she used to make me personally satisfied after the call.

I received trees that had no leaves on them, and they were in the ground for 2 months and no signs of life. Then I got replacements and these ones are exactly like the ones that I received the first time. I don't even want to waste any more time on this crap.

The tree that I chose was a Red Maple and the tree was delivered in a couple of days in excellent condition.

Packed and shipped with great care. Product was just as described.

The trees and bushes looked good on arrival and the roots were definitely healthier than the ones you would find at the Home Depot or Lowes nursery. I am used to dry, impossibly rootbound situations, but these roots were nice and loose, moist and well-developed. The plum trees sprouted new growth almost immediately.
The packaging wasn't perfect and the delivery person did not bother to put the box in the position indicated (lie flat, this side up - nope! Propped it up diagonally against my door), so I was glad I got home shortly after it arrived.

I take ownership of the fact I ordered plants during a heat wave in California. Everything arrived well packed but totally wilted. Three of the five items bounced back. However, two Jasmine plants were cooked beyond recovery. I reported this and no follow-up to my email was ever received. No offer to replace them was ever provided, even though I asked for replacements.

My initial order arrived damaged and sad looking. Fast growing trees was very accommodating and easy to work with. They promptly replaced the damaged plants and they arrived looking lush and well. They are doing well after planting. After my initial disappointment with the damaged shipment, I was quite pleased with the service.
Would and already have recommend fast growing trees to friends and family.

First tree came with leaves covered in powdery disease, but you replaced it.

The delivery on my order was delayed. When I received it, the tree was dead. They responded immediately to my email and sent me a replacement, which arrived in good condition. Thank you

I had a tree that I had bought and when I called into the representative, he was more than helpful and my tree was replaced!

Delivered with dead leaves and they are falling off. Not a good looking plant.

7 foot tree and 4 foot tree poorly packed in same carton. The soils from the smaller Ginkgo was completely knocked off the rootball and loose in the carton, and the tree itself was snapped in hall with most of the lower branches knocked off. The larger maple had damage as well, probably due to the smaller tree, it's pot, and it's soil being unsecured in transit. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered 4 taylor juniper trees. Received all within 2 days. All four were healthy. Excited to see how they look in 1 year.
