It's nice when you encounter a company that lives up to its promise on a plant guarantee instead of trying to find a away around it. We bought 40 Thuja Green Giant trees this Spring. The Texas summer was especially dry and brutal; despite soaked hoses and hand watering, many died. One call and a few pictures later, Fast Growing Trees had the replacements in the mail. Thanks again!

I purchased two fruit trees from Fast Growing Trees. One got a blight, I contacted FGT, told them of the issue and they shipped a tree to me in California, no Hassel. It was an easy fix.
I ordered 50 fast growing trees and had to have five replaced. The process was quick and easy with one phone call and I received the replacements quickly. The tree experts and customer service representatives were very friendly and knowledgable.
The quality of the plants was very poor. Customer service was horrible. It has been a complete waste of time and money.
Have to admit, ordering trees from across the county had my wife and I really concerned. The type of trees we wanted (Full Speed A Hedge - American Pillar Arborvitae) were not available at any local nurseries and none would order it. So we ended up spending almost $1K on our project and chewed on our fingernails until they arrived.
The order was filled in a couple of days and FedEx put the boxes on our doorstep on time. We were very apprehensive while we opened the first box but were more than relieved to find that they were not only what we ordered, that they were healthy and in good shape. The same was true for all of the rest of our order.
Our landscaper planted them for us a couple of weeks ago and now we're just keeping them watered and hoping for some fast growth to create our natural privacy fence.

The Mutsu tree came broken. Both branches snapped at the top. I took a picture and sent it to the person I talked to one the phone. No response.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
