I (reluctantly) bought a tree from this online retailer. I have NEVER done this before. I have purchased MANY trees from the local big box stores, and even from local nurseries. My luck with them hasn't been great. About 1/3 of what I've bought locally didn't survive, and the local stores have ZERO knowledge of what grows well and where to plant it. I inquired with fast growing trees about an ongoing problem getting a tree to grow in my wet clay soil in my zone. They recommended a tree that should thrive in my problem area. Just in case, I bought the warranty. This tree arrived in EXCELLENT condition, packaged very nicely and the leaves were all still green, and the root ball was moist. I have high hopes for this tree, and will consider this retailer again in the future!
I ordered 3 citrus fruit trees. Two arrived in good shape but one was bone dry, wilted, and almost dead. I was able to revive it but 100% of the leaves are brown and spotted. Customer service was very responsive and assured me that the tree was not diseased (I was concerned about infecting my greenhouse environment) and that the tree would recover in a couple weeks. Two weeks have passed, and the tree is still extremely weak, many leaves have dropped, and the remaining trees are spotted with brown. Clearly the tree was not shipped in an effective way. This is not the quality tree I would expect from this company.
They do what they say and they do it well.
Simple enough for me.

Product arrived on-time and as described. Packaging was good but the burlap around the rootball looked slightly dry. We planted the tree nearly three weeks ago per the include, clear, instructions. Fertilized and now watering per instructrion. The tree's lost some leaves since but it hasn't perked up.
I had my shopping cart filled for about two weeks trying to decide if I should go ahead and buy. One of my trees sold out. That made the decision. All of my trees arrived within just a few weeks I think? Lovingly packaged, ready to plant. They are already thriving!
Quick response, the representative new exactly what was going on. Guided me to next steps and discussed warranty time length as well if it should be needed.

I really enjoy ordering from FGT. It's easy, convenient, great selection of all trees/plants. You can even order essentials to help the tree grow. What I love the most and recommend is the one year warranty. If for any reasons the roots don't attach to your land, and the tree died after many efforts, you get your money back.
No warranty at the nursery. It may cost a bit higher but it is worth the try.
I planted this tree to always remember my daughter, I can't wait till it starts to bloom with the beautiful purple flowers it will always make me smile.

My wife and I ordered some Thuja trees online and I will admit that I did not know how well the trees would look upon arrival. I have never ordered trees like this before. They came super fast with plenty of updates of the delivery time and all the trees looked great. We had some that were not delivered with the others. My wife called and they were immediately shipped out. I would highly recommend fast growing trees to all my friends and family.

Great website, easy to use... and great prices! The trees appear to be healthy but are less substantial that we expected, a simple 5 ft stick for now. Hoping they don't die!
I ordered two sugar maples. One lost the dirt around the rootball in transit and did not survive the summer after planting it. I purchased the warranty when bought the trees. Fast Growing trees gave me a credit for the tree that I can use next spring to order a new tree. I live in Utah so it's to cold to plant one now.
