There was no information about delivey taking longer if you were ordering from California.
It took much longer, 2 emails to office and finally a reason it was taking so long.
Also I was expecting a little bit more mature tree, this pistache was tall enough but had such a small diameter trunk and was only one strait one no side branches at all.
It was delivered in a very small container, so that meant the roots were not well developed. I did reschedule my lawn man 2 times but we finally did receive it and its in the ground now. Hope all looks well in the spring.
My tree was healthy and hasn't shed any of it's leaves

I ordered a tree before with warranty and i was very happy with what I received. This time i skipped the warranty and the dwarf tree came with leaves that were full of fungus. It looks to me that a sick tree was shipped to me.

So I paid triple for my tree. It was just ok, but when I attempted to return I was informed about 25% restocking fee and additional shipping etc. Not worth it
We're so sorry that you are not happy with your tree! Due to us selling live products, we try to avoid customers returning plants since the extended transit will likely kill or severely weaken the plant. Can you please attach some photos so we can take a look at what you received?

I (reluctantly) bought a tree from this online retailer. I have NEVER done this before. I have purchased MANY trees from the local big box stores, and even from local nurseries. My luck with them hasn't been great. About 1/3 of what I've bought locally didn't survive, and the local stores have ZERO knowledge of what grows well and where to plant it. I inquired with fast growing trees about an ongoing problem getting a tree to grow in my wet clay soil in my zone. They recommended a tree that should thrive in my problem area. Just in case, I bought the warranty. This tree arrived in EXCELLENT condition, packaged very nicely and the leaves were all still green, and the root ball was moist. I have high hopes for this tree, and will consider this retailer again in the future!
I ordered 3 citrus fruit trees. Two arrived in good shape but one was bone dry, wilted, and almost dead. I was able to revive it but 100% of the leaves are brown and spotted. Customer service was very responsive and assured me that the tree was not diseased (I was concerned about infecting my greenhouse environment) and that the tree would recover in a couple weeks. Two weeks have passed, and the tree is still extremely weak, many leaves have dropped, and the remaining trees are spotted with brown. Clearly the tree was not shipped in an effective way. This is not the quality tree I would expect from this company.
They do what they say and they do it well.
Simple enough for me.

Product arrived on-time and as described. Packaging was good but the burlap around the rootball looked slightly dry. We planted the tree nearly three weeks ago per the include, clear, instructions. Fertilized and now watering per instructrion. The tree's lost some leaves since but it hasn't perked up.
