Great website, easy to use... and great prices! The trees appear to be healthy but are less substantial that we expected, a simple 5 ft stick for now. Hoping they don't die!

I ordered two sugar maples. One lost the dirt around the rootball in transit and did not survive the summer after planting it. I purchased the warranty when bought the trees. Fast Growing trees gave me a credit for the tree that I can use next spring to order a new tree. I live in Utah so it's to cold to plant one now.

This was my first time buying plants on line and I was very leery. I ordered an avocado combo pack. I received the two trees in August and planted the day they arrived. Even tho when delivered they weren't "this side up", they appeared to be in good shape. After a week they had lost most of the leaves and I called. I was told they were in shock and give them a few more weeks. Each week they got progressively worse until there were no leaves on one and it was completely brown and only 5 on the other and they were wilted. I called again an was told one would be replaced. I was asked to take pictures and fill out an online claim which I immediately did. When I hadn't heard after a couple weeks I called again. I was told they never received and to send an email with pictures which I immediately did. I received an email that said I would hear in one to three business days. After a week I sent another email to ask about the status. No reply until about a week after the original week (over two weeks since I sent original email and about a month since I filled out on line form). They approved the replacement of one and sent it on the date I asked. The tree looks beautiful. It's been in the ground a little over a week and looks much better. The second tree of the original order has no leaves, but still has some green to the trunk. I'm hopeful it will come back. Every person I spoke with was very pleasant, professional and helpful.

One of the 4 trees (Emerald Green Arborvitae) in my order died in less than 3 months AND I had to pay almost $68 to get it replaced by purchasing a one year warranty, which in fact did not cover the replacement tree. The replacement tree was only covered for 30 days. THAT'S MESS UP!

UPDATE: Received a response and a tracking number and the trees are suppose to be delivered tomorrow.

Purchased 4 Red bark japanese maple trees for over $500 and have never received them yet. I tried contacting them only to have them direct me to the website of which says they shipped. Sent email telling them I had not received still and no return response. But you know they got their money as I have the charge on my bank statement to prove it.

It took seven days for the plants to come and the fruit tree was a fruit cocktail tree that was not showing any signs of life it was also over pruned with broken branches

After planting three sugar maples, I noticed that they were different in height. One was shorter than the other two- we ordered 6' trees. You must include the root ball with the height, which was not clear from the description. One tree was a whole foot shorter than the other two. The trees are healthy, hopefully they will do well over the winter, we did buy the insurance.
I am pleased with everything except my expectation of size.

I ordered a Royal Empress tree by telephone and my credit card was charged. When it did not arrive I checked on line and was informed that it would be shipped in 1-2 days. After several checks with similar results, I called and wa then told that the product was out of stock with unknown availability. Fortunately a refund was quickly made. I am concerned that my credit card was charged before order availability was known.
