Received my order: two mini kiwis. Dead leaves and little else. Sent a snapshot off to fastgrowingtrees.com and they kindly replaced the with what appear to be two more dead trees. In all fairness, they might be dormant but that is something I should be made aware of at the time of shipping. I will know until until spring if they are dormant or dead.
I purchased the windmill palm tree recently and they arrived quick and safely on delivery. I wish I had known about this site a long time ago! Will definitely recommend to friends, family, and anyone who asks me where I'd get my trees from!
I ordered a red rocket crepe myrtle which arrived a bit sick looking. I would have never bought it at a nursery. It's leaves (the ones left) were yellow and falling off. I called to return it but both the supervisor and person who answered the phone said they could not do anything about my complaint. I have to wait for it to die to return it!
We're so sorry to hear about your experience! It looks like the tree is dormant which is normal for this time of year. We have reached out to provide some reassurance!
I found it easy to follow the instructions and plant my two trees. I would like to have known which one is the male tree.
The crown of my pine tree was broken off when I opened the box
Trees looked great on arrival. Looking forward to spring.
Customer service was great to work with when 1 tree was lost in transit. Found out it took a trip to California.
Received a 4-5 ft avacado tree in a timely manner, packed very well and tree in very good condition. It has been over 3 weeks now and tree has not even lost one leaf. Planted tree in pot and will be there until mid March, since I am in zone 8.
This is the first time I've ever ordered live plants through the mail. I was surprised how easy it was. I ordered a blueberry bush and it was healthy and not at all root bound. The sales person I spoke with recommended the best one for my area. I was not gonna be home that week so they were able to postpone shipment to make sure I would be home to remove it from the box immediately. Would definitely recommend
We're so thankful that you took the time to review your experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can help with any questions or concerns along the way!
The top foot of tree was damaged during shipping. I trimmed and planted. Hoping it does well and it should. This is still a good way to shop plants
Great little orange tree arrived with nice root ball ready to be transferred into the large pot.
I just love my endless summer hydrangeas. I ordered three and they are beautiful and good size. Will be ordering more plants!
My wife has been looking for this tree. I got it for her for our tenth anniversary and she loves it.
Tree was very crooked and not many leaves called. They said would grow. Give it time. I had to stake a lot. Made it thru wind storm. Lost a few more leaves
Ordering was super easy. The trees arrived in great condition. I will definitely be ordering more trees in the future from FastGrowingTrees.com.
Tree arrived healthy, planted late October have had a couple of frost and snow, leaves are still green and feel waxey top leaves starting to turn color, so far so good, will know more in spring
Though Tree would have been a little bigger
I ordered three lemon Meyer trees form FastingGrowingTrees and when I opened the cartons I was very disappointed at the way the trees were grafted and pruned 30 inch above the potting soil, I transplanted the trees into bigger pots because the root ball was showing in openings at the bottom of the pots they were shipped in and I covered the trunk of the trees 6 inches deeper to make the trees look a bit better. As I stated in my email before I can't recommend this items to anyone simply because the pruning should be left up to the customer. I'm including a photo of one of the trees and the other two look the same.
Hi Nick,
We are so sorry to hear your order was unsatisfactory. We have reached out directly to provide assistance.
The trees arrived with so many broken branches, and damaged leaves. One of the pots, dirt had spilled out all over in the plastic bag leaving bare roots in the pot. More leaves continue to die and fall off daily.
Hi Sharlene,
We are so sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please forward us photos of the plants and we will be happy to see how we can assist.
My plants were very healthy, they were packaged well for shipping, and they arrived quickly. Customer service was excellent.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

Hi Jeffrey,
We are so sorry to hear your kiwi plants were unsatisfactory. You can check the health of your plants by scratching the bark. If they are not black or brown under the bark, they should push out new growth in the spring as temps warm up.
Since these are typically dormant this time of year, your order is covered 100% under our dormancy guarantee should they fail to push out new growth by May 31st.
I hope this information helps but please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
