Great experience with Fast Growing Trees. I purchased a Brown Turkey Fig tree, and my order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. The tree was well boxed and arrived in great shape and was a very nice and healthy specimen (even had a few figs on it).

I ordered multiple items, including a larger tree (5-6 ft) which was the most expensive item in the order. Everything arrived well packed and undamaged. But the tree looks anemic.Has two side shoots which will not help the tree grow in a desirable shape. I'm willing to give it a chance, and to trim off these side branches after a year or so of growth. Still, given the amount I paid for this one tree, I expect it to have a better growth habit. Reshaping a poorly shaped tree is always a chancy endeavor.
First I ordered Japanese Bloodgood Maple (4-5 ft). It arrived with some leaves on it but within couple of days all of them fell off. The height was okay but the stem was very thin. After I made a complaint, I was offered with refund or store credit option (the reason why I've given 2 rating instead of 1). I took store credit. Then couple of days back I ordered Northern Red Oak(6-7 ft). They even charged oversize handling fee. When it arrived, it had no leaves at all. The stem was a bit thicker this time but the whole thing just looks like a thin version of coat hanging stand. It was totally a negative surprise.

We're sorry to hear about your concerns! It is normal for plants to be dormant this time of year which is likely what's going on. You can scratch a little bark away and should see green underneath. I would really like to give you guys a good review as I thought this was going to be a good purchase but the trees that we purchased arrived damaged and distressed with the leaves fallen off of them. I was told I would receive a follow up phone call a week later to see if they had recovered and I never received that call. The trees haven't recovered they still look distressed and dying and they were way more expensive than what I can buy them here in my city.
I was hopeful that they would produce fruit faster than some due to your marketing promises, and that is why I paid the extra money for these. Right now they look like what I could buy locally but in distressed status.

Boxwood arrived on time. Back is somewhat sparse and a little yellow in spots. That might disappear
After watered. Since the back is in an area that people would not normally see, it is not of great concern
To me.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
