Little Hemlock trees arrived promptly, well packaged, and are doing well.
Easy process as advertised. We ordered 16 "1-2 ft" trees and all arrived extremely healthy and have been thriving for a month now. All trees were closer to 2' than 1'. Very pleased and will order again for sure.
Our avocado tree took a turn after producing new growth, suddenly started to lose leaves and bark turned dark in color. Customer service was very helpful sending us a new plant

FastGrowingTrees.com is an awesome site. I had issues with my Thuja trees I ordered but the company has replaced everything I needed. They just asked for pictures of the plants to be able to see the issue and see if they could help solve the problem. I will always order my trees from this site!
The willow oak tree I purchased was pruned too aggressively including the main lead. When I brought this to the attention of fast growing trees, they responded with a canned response that this was normal. This is not normal for a willow oak tree, maybe an apple tree, but not a willow oak.
We purchased 2 Japanese Red Maple, 2 Crepe Myrtle, and 10 Thuja. The packaging was really awesome and the plants looked very healthy upon arrival. Great planting instructions included. There was a bit of tussle due to the shipper, but because of the care taken to package the trees, they are doing terrific. It is fall so the shade type trees are pretty dormant but still look healthy. The Thuja trees have actually grown several inches. (We were impressed with the root ball on EVERY tree!)

I moved to a new home with some acreage and I've ordered over 20 trees. One was broken by the delivery guy and they replaced it immediately with a larger tree than I ordered.

She was very helpful in guiding me to what I could do with Flowering trees. I had 2 crape mytle trees that came in dead and to pot was very dry and roots broke. She ordered me 2 more right away and I got them with green leaves and the soil was damp. I new then I had a chance of then being alive next spring. Jan. There will be a better selection and I will be putting in another order. I have 6 Craps picked out.

Fed Ex has some delivery issues and damaged my Ruby Red Rubber Tree (Ficus) and the Great team helped resolve the issue immediately! The replacement plant is beautiful and has settled into my place. It has been a awesome addition to my home.
I like I said it's too early to tell if the are to grow into healthy trees. They look great at this stage.
I'm treating it with fungicide. I think I need a replacement tree.
Ordered a 3 Gallon Lantana… package arrive in a 5' box that must be used for shipping trees. When I opened the box the lantana was on one end of the box all crushed. Of course a refund was issued, but can't understand why someone would ship that size plant in that size box.
I was very happy with the quality of the Myers lemon tree. Note that the thin metal rod that comes with the taller plants is not thick enough to withstand winds outdoors and needs to be additionally supported if you have any windy days at all. Customer service was helpful with this, but I would order a tree under 5'
I ordered 10 Norway spruce. Trees were better than expected!… shipped quickly in good condition
I have ordered many items & a few are not doing well. The last shipment was awful. The container was broken & 1 was all dried out.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
