Ordered Tamarind Tree and Miracle Berry Shrub. Shipping company left it on porch in upright position (apparently the big letters saying Lay Flat were hieroglyphs to the delivery guy) which caused the potting soil to fall completely out, leaving the roots exposed. Both were found to have leaves, but they were dried out. By dried out, I mean still green but completely shriveled and dehydrated. Not sure if this was due to it being close to winter time, but at this point I'm not sure they will survive to spring. Repotted and keeping indoors with growing lights. Waiting till spring to see what it brings.

I ordered this plant as a gift for a friend for her 30th birthday. It arrived to her house a little beat up but she followed instructions and gave it a few days. The leaves continued to droop and dry up over the next few days. I tried to reach out to customer service but no one got back to me. This is unacceptable considering that I paid $89 for this plant. Will not be buying from here again.
Still no tracking number, no confirmation but the withdrawal from my bank was real...can't speak for this business. Run away!

I ordered two plants recently. Both were so poorly packaged that they had room to slide around in the box so much so that it crushed the plants. One plant will be fine thankfully. The other plant, a lime tree was so smashed and dried out that it will probably die. I am just hoping it will pull through at this point but I doubt it. I had my doubts about ordering from you again but after these experiences I will not order any more plants from you.
All of the plants I have ordered ar healthy and what I expected. I like company a lot, I have not had a claim with this company and hope never will. No review on that process but as far as ordering and delivery we're great!
When I ordered my tree, the website said shipping in 1-2 days. After not receiving my tree in almost a month, I called and was told the shipping dates were closed for our area. I understand that. I just wish I wasn't under the impression that I would be receiving it. I originally ordered it as a Christmas gift so now this person will receive his gift in april

The products were received in destress. All were out of their pots as they were shipped prone as opposed to upright. Two are ok the third is iffyl may not patronize again.
The recipient that was to get this tree passed away while the tree was in transit so I can't speak on how good the tree was or anything since I never saw it. However, the team worked with me to reverse the trees destination and processed my refund promptly.
Good tree/bush. It had broken loose and was bouncing around in the long box. Other than that, It was in pretty good shape with only one or two broken branches
Please update your systems to prevent people from ordering plants that cannot be shipped to their state. I almost missed a Christmas gift because it was several days before I was notified that citrus cannot be shipped to Texas. It should not have let me order in the first place.
When the plant arrived 2 weeks ago it appeared to be in shock...the leaves were dry and droopy...
I have been removing the dead leaves and not over watering the plant...
It seems to still be in shock...I am hopeful that it comes around.
I placed a light shining directly on it about 3 feet away from it...maybe that will help it!
I don't know for sure but Fast Growing Trees must water right before shipment because my tree died right after delivery, it seems the roots froze.
My dwarf banana tree arrived dead on arrival! It had suffered cold ye.petatire somewhere in transport. Took a picture of right after opening the package. Will you please send me another one.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

Texas has a lot of agricultural restrictions for citrus trees in particular, but we do have a drop shipper there that can ship some of the plants for us.
