First of all, charging almost $20 for one year guarantee, while other retailers offer it without extra charge had put me on the fence before ordering.
Online Ordering process was seamless.
Banana plant came with leaves darkened and ripped.
Email with photos didn't get reply for several days until I called in. I was told they received no such email because it was sent to wrong address, even though I sent it to the address as instructed (the shipping email I received specifically indicated to send questions to this email)
The person answering the phone did not seem to aware the noise she was making with her typing which was quite disturbing as every stroke of typing was very much right into your ear, which I did not make fuss about even mentioning at the time, but it certainly didn't make a positive impression about the customer service.
The replacement plant was ordered during that call, but I had to call in again because this replacement order was not shipped for the next 8 days. I was told they are resuming shipment (maybe after Christmas holiday), which is understandable. It would have been nice to have that information in advance, but ok.

The tree was in better shape than expected. And now- three weeks later it's still looking good.

This citrus is difficult to find. Your customer service staff spent a few minutes listening to my frustration.

Those support folks soon located a superb specimen and had the live, potted Clementine on the way via FedEx ground.

Purchased 4 blueberry bushes and two lemon trees recently which arrived promptly and in very good condition. Very satisfied.

Got trees just as promised. There was some difference between the two trees. One had much better or more leaves.

You never sent me the product I ordered and never explained why

The tree came very fast and was well packaged. He had a minor fungus on the leaves which was disappointing but was otherwise a health tree.

I called my order in with specific instructions regarding delivery. The delivery was scheduled for December 21 but was so early in the month that the recipients did note realize it was a Christmas gift. In addition, my note card was not included. The recipients had no idea who had sent the gift.

We ordered 3 of these trees at 5 feet tall. They were packaged well and in good shape upon arrival in New Mexico. We've bought a few trees now from this seller over the last 2 years, and all trees are flourishing.

Received the tree in a timely manner only time will tell if it lives

The customer service was awesome and knowledgeable, shipping was fast, communication was great as far as shipping agenda, packaging was like none I'd ever seen, (not one nib of dirt in box) and most importantly the little trees were well shaped, great color and healthy as could be. I was TOTALLY impressed with the entire transaction. I will never buy from any one else and already recommended to several people.

I made many attemptes to place an order on the website and had no success. I finally called. A very polite lady took my order and 2 weeks later my citrus trees arrived. The trees were packaged exceptionally well. I was pleased with the trees.

Trees arrived quickly and healthy as a couple of horses! They're continuing to thrive while we catch up from the holidays and look for planters we want. Can't wait for all the lemons one day!
