I purchased two trees, an avocado and banana tree. Was an easy process to learn if these trees would grow in my area and an easy ordering process.

Trees came crushed boxes except for the Gardenia and the Jasmine they are fine but all the crape Mertles are dead and still look dead and the fact they were some what crushed

I ordered a tree as a gift on 12/15/22. Expected ship date was 12/21/22. It never shipped so I chatted with your rep who said it didn't ship due to the holidays? Anyway, post holidays it still hadn't shipped so another chat with you rep who said it would ship soon. Your website says it shipped 1/4/23 and should be delivered today 1/6/23. Tracking info says it's still in CA (on it's way to FL) and only a shipping label has been created which is just a ploy to appease us whose shipments you mess up. I would like the tree to truly be shipped or I want my money back never to deal with you all again. Thanks.
I ordered two avocado trees. One did fine but transferring the other to the ground did not do as well. Eventually it lost all of its leaves. I contacted FGT and sent them a photo. After talking to them, they decided to send me a replacement. It arrived just before a cold front (30-32 degrees) arrived. I put it in the garage. Now it is looking good outside in the container just in case another cold front come through. Here in south Texas we normally have winters in the 70s or even 80s.
Easy process, prompt delivery, plants were healthy and happy. So am I. Would order again.

Our new tree arrived quickly, packaged well, and seems to be very healthy. We've only had her a few weeks but I think she appears to be adjusting just fine to her new home and is already sprouting tiny flowers. :)
I ordered a tree, and the website happily took my payment and promised shipment in 1-2 business days. I was excited because this would be in time for Christmas as the tree was a gift for my mother. After a week or so went by with no update I contacted customer service, who breezily told me that the tree would be shipping sometime in April. No update would have been provided had I not contacted them, and no information about April was included in the purchase receipt email (only that it would ship in 1-2 days). The customer service person told me that I must have missed something while checking out (I don't think so, and what about the 1-2 day thing that clearly appears?). Basically victim blaming. The purchase was refunded, but nothing was provided to compensate for the experience, and no Christmas present for Mom as this all happened too close to the holiday to allow for a different gift. The trees may grow fast but they certainly don't ship fast. Awful.

The lime tree arrived with more than half the leaves fallen off and in the following two days most the the rest have fallen off

C. When I received my plant, the temperature in Northern FL dropped to below freezing. I kept the plants in the garage whilethe temperature got approve freezing, than I repotted the palm into a larger pot and put It out to get some sunshine. That was a week ago, I noticed in putting the plam out today most of the f rounds are turning brown. Will keep you advise.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
