I ordered 2 Queen Palms and 20 Thuja Green Giants. They sent me 2 Queen palms that had spider mite, mealy worms, and some other kind of sickness, then they replaced them with 2 Queen plans that were even worse! Then out of the 20 Thuja green Giants only 3 of them are alive the other 17 are dead! They do horrible business. Jerry the supervisor is a liar, Amber the other supervisor is a liar, Ilene the old lady that work there is a liar, and everyone who answers the phone are total liars. Then they tried to tell me they refunded my money to a gift card! Lol! Never heard of BS before in my life said the refund was issued on 12/30/22 well it's 1/8/23 and still have no refund for the dead GARBAGE QUEEN PALM TREES THEY SOLD ME ALREADY CONTAMINATED BEFORE THEY LEFT THE FACILITY! Then they tried to tell me that I used my warranty that I purchased on two more dead trees! How is that possible when the first set of trees you sent me were dead and contaminated from the start! Yea all those reviews on there site are hand picked to make them look good I'm telling check your trees because they are sending out sick contaminated tree to customers.
Tree arrived well packaged and healthy.

The plants were damaged due to handling by the carrier. Trees had some broken branches, but are doing fine. Customer service was excellent when I called. Great company will continue to use them. Thanks for all you do!

I have emailed customer service and asked when my package will be delivered to my brother (it was a gift). I got no return email and he still has not received it. :(
Tree came damaged. Two of the large leaves were completely broken.

Ordered a douglas fir was never informed or emailed that the shipping would be delayed until March. I ordered in December when I called the guy just resent me the invoice with said nothing other then my shipping date as being Dec 23rd.

First time buyer here. I've only bought a small fruit tree before so I was a little anxious for how this would come in the mail, and further I needed to buy a little ahead of time in order to make a Christmas delivery work. But reaching out to the customer service team the timeline was easily managed, and with both the baseline guarantee of quality with the nice 1-year add-on, I felt nicely reassured in the purchase. Things look good so far (and nice packaging, to boot)!
I didn't order online because I had questions, after Gering some interesting advice that improved my planning I ordered different trees than I'd originally picked. They came well packaged in just a couple of days and I put them under grow lights in my garage til it's time to plant (far enough past any freezing time). They are nicely sized and are healthy

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.


We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the card no longer being active, we've had to go through the process of having our bank cut a check which is lengthy. We apologize again and have been in contact with updates along the way.
