A lot of things came in bad shape. Broken pots, no leaves, rootbound. I'm not sure what's going on but it's unacceptable

I had an error on my shipping so my initial order for trees ended up in the abyss somewhere. When I called in customer service was super they offered to send four trees to the correct address and if the other ones ever showed up, we could keep them donate them, but use them in someway That is way on the call of duty thank you!

Reasonable cost. Fast delivery. Roses already stating to bloom. I bought 4 bushes but one died already. The other 3 are fine.

Ordered a "Little Ollie" dwarf olive tree. This particular plant is hard to find, other sites claim to have it but its not in stock, or they don't ship to my state, etc, etc. I think there's only one farm in California that creates these (they're a graft).

I have not had good luck with ordering plants from here. The customer service is great but the quality of plants not good. Plants were either dead, dried out or diseased.

So far I have purchased a Lapin's Cherry Tree (did not survive but FGT was kind enough to replace it.) :) made me happy. A Red Baron Peach Tree, which came with flowers and I just ate the last one of about 6. Delicious, highly recommend! A Haas Avocado Tree (in growing progress), a Monstera Delicioso (swiss tree plant) that I love, and my most recent a Hong Kong Orchid Tree. I highly recommend FGT. You can't go wrong.

Fast Growing Trees does a great job. I have bought a lot of plants from them over the past two years and they always are in good shape and are growing wonderfully.

I have been using fast growing trees for a long time. They're not perfect, but they do back up their products. Under 3 different accounts, I've probably spent over $4000. They have exchanged a few trees, but usually when I get them they're in the parts of summer where they're gonna take a lot of stress.
I know I shouldn't do it, but sometimes I get overly excited about a certain tree and order it.

I have ordered from this site multiple times. The arrival time is fast and they do honor their warranty. The last order was for Russian sage, I paid $68 a piece for the 2 gallon size, expensive. They arrived with mostly broken stems and completely entangled with each other. 1 of the four are doing alright, and I bought the root builder as well.

Baby blue spruce arrived in good shape, planted in the ground and it is doing great.
Very affordable compared to other sites and local nurseries.

I have purchased a handful of trees and some blueberry bushes. They have all arrived quickly and have been permanently planted with no issues. They have incentive started growing new shoots and showing signs of continued growth.

I was initially offered discounts that didn't show up in my cart. Theni emptied my cart and tried again. Worked on he 2nd time. Bushes arrived in pretty good shape. They were packed with care, but handled by th shipping company with less care. I have since planted them, and they are thriving.

Received a Peach Tree horrible state. Curled leaves, brown spots, hole in leaves. Very sickly tree. My Fear of importing bugs from another state to California.

In total I placed 3 separate orders for trees. 4 separate deliveries.
Delivery 1 came quickly and the tree looked perfect however this Oklahoma heat (104 for 10 days straight) killed the tree within three days even with shade net over it.

Delivery 2 FedEx tore the crap out of the package and the trees were broke.

Delivery 3 was another perfect tree that the heat took a toll on but I think I've managed to save this one, still has a couple green leafs.

Delivery 4 was over the holiday and it spent 5 days in mail and arrived dead.

Moral of story, don't plant apple trees in Oklahoma in the summer.

Ordered trees and bushes, some damaged but most was very poor quality with about the main trunk the size of a pencil

I bought over 70 trees 5 died I called the 1800 number and received 3 since then 2 more died so I am still waiting for the four lol
