My most recent experience was somewhat disappointing, The reason I say this is because of some issues whit a recent purchase of maple trees,the sale was a bogo sale which I purchased a $300 plus tree and should have received a second tree of equal value and quality, Evidently the the website had made changes to the bogo process.So if you don't add the second item to the cart you want get the second item, regardless of clicking on the logo sale item, unlike the not too long past you just click on the item and the rest is taken care of. Part of the problem was the fact that I had a warranty claim on the oder, the tree $300 plus tree came sickly and had to be replace,the replace tree that came was not of same caliper in trunk dimension so that was very disappointing.the representative offered me a credit for the difference in price and said that the oder had already shipped out I informed her that what was being sent out was not what I ordered and payed for. A 5-6 foot tree was sent out but I paid for a 6-7 foot tree, and that's where the credit came in, I have spent several thousands od dollars on trees and various shrubs with this company, and probably will continue to buy from them. But the whole exspeirence was just a bit frustrating and never racking. But the company did do their part to attempt to make it right. So my experience was not the best but far from the worst.
A banana tree I ordered did bot do well in shipping. I sent an email and picture to customer service. Not only was I sent a new tree, but it was much larger than the one originally ordered!
Overall has a great experience they plants arrive with in a week at least for me. The only bad thing was the handling of the plants idk if it was during transit but one of the trees I bought came in upside down. Maybe they can label their boxes with a "this side up"
I really like working with the customer service people at Fast Growing Trees. My downgrade is due to the timing of tree/bush replacement when I paid for the warranty. The bushes died out three months ago and it took that long to finally get them replaced.
32 of my 40 trees died within a few weeks. I was very sad. We are in the correct growing zone for the Thuja Green Giants but it is either a terrible time of year to plant (beginning of June) or our soil quality is terrible. I did use many bags of store bought soil to help and watered 1-2 times a day with the heat here in southern NM. I don't know what went wrong. Just received the final 8 from my order and have them in the ground. They are getting crispy already. I'm so sad because these are beautiful trees and we spent a bit of money.
My first experience with FGT was very good! I had been wanting a new tree for my extremely sunny (zero shade) backyard. I ordered a Prairie Fire Crabapple, which arrived within a few days. I paid a little more for a larger one, and so far, so good. I was really nervous because I foolishly ordered the tree in late June before I knew it was not recommended to plant a new tree during the high heat of summer. It's been about three weeks and I think it's doing well! I am super hopeful it thrives and will definitely be ordering again from this company.
Bought about 6 trees in the past months. High quality plants, carefully packed for delivery and excellent customer services. The FGT website has excellent information for caring for each tree. They are growing well and the guava tree is already growing fruits. We love our trees!
I was impressed by the great condition my rose bushes were in. They were in a pot with dirt and had roses on the bush.

I ordered three three-in-one raspberry plants showing in stock in early spring. I waited waited waited… finally in the heat of June I received one. It was dead in the box. Bunch of leaves had fallen off. No life. What of the other two? Showed shipped, Called fedex. Contacted fast growing trees. They told me they shipped them all. Finally found two were damaged so fedex sent them back. So then two weeks hotter I got the replacements. These were very unhappy looking plants. They were i. 3 gallon pots but really the rootball went down about four inches and the pot was just over half filled with dirt below it. Needless to say one of those is dead. The other is barely hanging on. Super disappointed. The peach tree and honey berry bushes that shipped early spring were fine. But if your in stock item is suddenly out of stock, I would cancel. They just ship so the timing may be bad for the plants.

Never received order. I got an e-mail saying it was delivered but it hasn't arrived. Please send a picture of the delivery.
The plants arrived with poor appearance. Delivered lying on their side, there was more dirt outside the containers than in. The blueberry bush has long stems, but few leaves. The hydrangea bush is misshapen and the leaves are torn and have a lot of holes in them. There are also several dead portions on the leaves as well as brown spots. I read all of your tips for planting and have transplanted them both into larger pots with good soil, but so far not seeing much improvement.
All 6 of my plants were delivered in one box piled up on top of each other. They were so dry the dirt was everywhere. Obviously they didn't survive.
Tree was damaged at shipping. Could tell in 3 days it wasn't looking good and notified them. They asked me to give it a little more time and after a few weeks it was completely dead. Reached back out and they sent a new tree which arrived a week later. The new tree was very healthy and has been doing well. No complaints
Ordered White Azalea plant and arrived bone dry and minimal growth...Upon notifying customer service a replacement Plant was shipped...It arrived in worse shape than previous? Notified Customer service again and they processed a refund... Appreciated...but not impressed with shipping results?
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
