Anytime I have needed assistance, the employees are very friendly and helpful.
The first tree I ordered wouldn't bud out and Fast Growing Trees promptly replaced it with a bigger tree which is growing fine. No questions asked. Great company to deal with and and would definitely reorder.
Love the availability of large sizes and the discounts plus free shipping!
Love this company. Tremendous customer service all the way around.
All the dirt was off from around the plant and in the bottom of he bag, leaves are distressed. I wouldn't spend this kind of money for such a small, poorly conditioned item
My orders arrived in very good condition. They were in sturdy boxes and wrapped well.
UPS destroyed 2 hydrangers that were on their way to me. Gena was able to reship the order and although it went through UPS again the hydrangers arrived mostly in tact.
The only issue I had was with UPS. Fast Growing Trees did an excellent job making everything right
Windmill palms are typically $100 per foot. I spent a little over $600 for 2 of their "extra large" 15 gal trees to get 2 palm bushes. They came in 4'box and the root ball was 15 gal of dirt… not root.
The first weeping cherry tree I ordered arrived with a broken lead branch. Customer service was great and quickly sent me a replacement… which arrived with a poorly compacted root ball and leaves that had been heavily eaten by bugs (over 50% of the leaves had damage). This time customer service took a bit longer, but eventually I decided to take a store credit and try again another time, as it appears those trees are not in good health at the moment.
A couple trees arrived damaged and they were replaced with simply a phone call and a couple of pictures.
Very frustrating when you expect an order and you find out it will take 2 months or more before it will be shipped.
Happy with product but shipping took a couple
Of weeks. I would definitely order again and plan for slower delivery time. Possible that this was all related to carrier only.
Bought over 25 trees and bushes from fast growing trees over 85 percent of them are still alive and thriving
I received a Rainier cherry tree that he top of the main stock had been cut off, ( I'm sure to facilitate shipping). This will stop the vertical growth of this tree. Explain why you would do this?
I'll let you know when the plants survive a year.
I purchased 3 gallon dappled willows when we were planting we notice that they were quart size. The quart size bushes obviously had been put in 3 gallon pots because all of dirt fell off the as soon as we removed from pot with the exception of the original quart size container shape. That is so under handed!
2 plum trees shipped both arrived broken, not secured in box 2 cherrie trees both secured properly in good shape
Bought 10 fruit trees: 2 plum trees, 2 fig trees, 2 peach trees, 2 cherry trees and 2 banana trees.
The trees were shipped in a boxed, for the price I paid, I thought the trees were going to be more developed and sturdy but they hardly had any leaves, hope they don't die because they were expensive.
Didn't look anything like the pictures. Arrived half dead. I finally got the green coming back on it and finally have one bloom. I've been extra careful with it since it was delivered in such bad shape
Shipping was rough on the plants. They were packed in such a way that while shipping most the plants were crushed and most the soil was in the box not the planters. Hoping the Bing Cherry will survive and one of the roses was in poor shape. But I'll do what I can to help them both heal. They weren't packed very well and the rough handling with shipping was more the problem.
I will still order more trees and shrubs from you...love my plants.
I purchased 4 pineberry plants, which arrived in unhealthy condition. Some leaves were yellow with black spots, and now my healthy strawberry plant seems to be developing black spots. I've sent a message with photos but I haven't heard back from customer service.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
